Didn’t have any of the staff issues love coming here, love the dentist, she’s good with her tools. Would HIGHLY recommend this place. Relaxed setting.

Dr. Pham is a great and gentle dentist. I have been going to her for over 2 years and she consistently provides excellent service.

Like I told my kids, «You are going to like Dr. Pham. You immediately feel like this is someone who knows what she is doing.» In my experience, that is unlike most dentists. Besides exuding competence, she is friendly and patiently explains all of your options.
I had a deep cavity that the doctor told me might need a root canal if it became too sensitive during filling or afterword. But she was able to do it without even bruising the pulp. I have never felt a thing. Honesty and precision is exactly what I want in a dentist.
BTW, the front office staff is courteous and efficient. Assistants are polite, communicative, and attentive. In other words, you don’t get left waiting in your chair wondering what’s happening and where everybody went.
Bottom-​line, you rest easy knowing you are in good hands.

I was looking for a dentist for my 85 year old mother. Not long after arriving my mother was very cold and they brought her a warm blanket while I filled out the paperwork. They took her back a short time later and put a leg support under her knees to keep her back comfortable. She also was able to keep the blanket on. The doctor explained everything to my mother and myself. Her procedure was done in a timely manner. (we have been in another office where the procedure took 3 times as long as it should have because the doctor was running from one room to the other).
My mother felt well taken care of and it was peace of mind for me knowing she was happy.

What makes this a one star (would give a zero star) is her front office staff. Here is a short list of adjectives that best describes my opinion, based on repeated errors, fallacies and omissions… rude, insensitive, uncaring, unprofessional, unpleasant, indifferent. The staff is a carryover from Dr. Park’s (the previous owner) practice. Dr Pham is a good dentist, but not good enough to warrant putting up with the front office staff. Do not go here, there are plenty of dentist’s with a much more welcoming, inviting atmosphere.
