Monique and her staff are great. I had a facial, salt scrub and foot treatment which were all fabulous. I am never disappointed and always feel great after my treatments. Keep up the great service.

I was doing the wax with Sarah and she is amazing of course. But the owner (Monique) is so rude and disrespectful. She was giving attitude to me because I bought a deal from groupon and she was not happy about the price. She told me that she wont accept it if I buy it again from them. If you dont want people to buy the deal from them, why would you even offer it!!! I would never go there again

Monique is amazing! She really knows how to take care of your skin and gives great suggestions on ways to keep your skin healthy. I will admit, that I was a bit skeptical about buying some of the products, but quite honestly, the best purchase made! I really enjoy the products she recommended and feel that it really made a difference on my skin! I will be making an appointment soon for another facial. I’ve been away from San Diego this summer, so my skin could definitely use some TLC by Monique!

This place is disgusting!!! Been here few times until I had a Brazilian done in a room as I sat there I noticed dirty spatulas still sitting in the wax! The owner also double dips on contact of the skin. The prices are out of this world. Come on its Poway not Beverly Hills. My neighbor here in Poway is a client of Monique’s (don’t know why still), but she mentioned that she doesn’t speak nicely to her employees. In fact, my first visit I sat there while nobody greeted me in the front and I just heard her yelling at the poor girl! I’m pretty sure she takes advantage of her clients and employees. That’s most foreigners for you (not all, but most) sorry for the negative review, but this place was just terrible. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Monique is a skin magician! Since I have been seeing her, I have received so many compliments on my skin. Her facials are amazing… she knows just what your skin needs and individualizes her treatments to you. She is also an expert waxer… she is very detail oriented. Also, she recommends products and recommends rotating so that your skin doesn’t get tolerant to one ingredient. The result is glowing skin! The best part about Monique’s skin care is Monique herself who is extremely dedicated to her profession and her business.

I had a wonderful experience here! Very relaxing! I found them off Living Social and I am always hesitant with coupons because i assume they will do a «half-​a$$» job. But they were thorough, detailed and made me feel like I was their only client there! Sarah did my facial and Brittany did the Sea Salt scrub and massage! These girls were amazing!!! I definitely recommend this establishment! I came all the way from El Cajon for them and would not hesitate to do it again! Thank you Britanny and Sarah! You gave this full time working mother of 2 the exact mini-​vaca she needed!

I purchased a groupon type deal and was very pleased with this spa. I called the day before and they were able to get me in the next day. Easy to park, in a big shopping center. I had a moisturizing body treatment and a facial. The body treatment was amazing! Like a massage and moisturizing treatment together, really fantastic. The facial was ok, nothing special but not bad. I was impressed though because before the facial ended the estitician colored in my eyebrows and put lip gloss on me, so I didn’t have to go out after without any makeup on looking a mess. I thought that was considerate, I had never had this done before and thought it was a good idea and appreciated it. All in all I thought this place was nice, but I am very glad I got a coupon type deal because when she gave me their menu of services I think they are way overpriced, especially for being in poway.

Monique is a sweetheart but beware. Make sure you confirm pricing on everything you get done. She gets you in on a Groupon or «spa week» and then does merciless «upgrades». She slipped in $ 50 upgrade on my facial and then charged an exorbitant $ 40 for an eyebrow wax! After my facial she brought out the hard sell on everything she used from the eyebrow pencil to the hair spritzer «treatment» she put on my hair. I walked away buying stuff I didn’t want just to get out of there.

Moniques is the place to go. Happy friendly talented, and worth every dollar she charges. Say hello from a happy client as you will be!

Went here because I had a Groupon — I only wish I could afford to come back at full price because it was wonderful. The staff was very nice, offered info about products she was using without coming across like she was trying to up-​sell. I got the sea salt scrub and it left my skin feeling soft and silky.
