Kirie Salon – Mica

I normally don’t write reviews but this time I want to go out of my way to write a review, a really negative one that is. I got Mica’s contact info from someone I had run into at a supermarket and she had had a cut by Mica. The haircut was nice, so I thought I’d give her a try. When I tried to call for an appointment, she never picked up her phone. Her voice mailbox is full (probably left that way intentionally) so I couldn’t leave a message. I finally texted her requesting an appointment based on the tip of a Unilocal reviewer that she communicates via text only, and all I got back was «Who is this?». When I replied with my name, I didn’t hear back again. I mean, what kind of business does this lady run??? First, she acts like she doesn’t need clients based on her method of communication which isn’t customer oriented to begin with, and 2^nd, she didn’t even care to give you an appointment or acknowledge one way or another about your appointment request time. I’m really at a loss. I don’t care how talented one is as a hairdresser. If she can’t even learn how to treat clients or potential clients right or has some basic manners to anyone for that matter, then she shouldn’t be practicing business, period!
I wish there were negative stars to give!!!

Mica is a great hair stylist, she is talented in they way she cuts hair and fast! She is very affordable! Haven’t tried her hair coloring yet. However, you need to book early because she is very busy and communicates thru text only. If you have the patience and want a great great hair cut, I recommend her. I tend to wait til the last minute to make an appt and she isn’t always available.
