Cool Scrapbook Stuff

Whenever I’m in the San Diego area I love to drop into Cool Scrapbook Stuff. What a fun store. So many great products! So many great ideas! They staff is very helpful too!

Absolutely amazing customer service. I was immediately greeted, but not stalked. When I needed assistance, I had in in seconds (I was not the only customer in the store, however, they have the sales people/​customer ratio down). Gena was extremely helpful, gave me amazing ideas and went out of her way to actually put together a ‘sample’ what I was trying to make. It made me feel so much more at ease to be able see what I was spending in various paper products and how it would look in the end.
I felt important. My project felt important. And her feed back was perfect.
I will definitely come back. And although Gena was great, I have the feeling that the store is run pretty much with a great management style.

I love this store! They have a great selection of scrapbook items and I love the way they group things together so you can quickly find what you want/​need. The best thing about Cool Scrapbooks? THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They go above and beyond to help their customers. They have great communication (email and Facebook) and keep customers informed of sales, closeouts, new arrivals. I really can not say enough about their customer service (particularly in this day and age where it is becoming a lost art to actually CARE about your customers! I have been shopping here for years and love the new location! It is bright and roomy.

Love, love, love this store! I’ve been a customer for years and followed them from the old location to the new location — which is gorgeous, btw! Cool is absolutely my fave local craft store. They carry great brands — all my faves like My Minds Eye, Echo Park, Tim Holtz, Dylusions, Carta Bella and so many more! The girls that work there are always helpful and offer such great tips. And they offer make-​n-​takes every Wednesday to try out great products for free! If you love anything about crafting, do yourself a favor and stop in!
