Benchmark Landscape Inc

Benchmark is the Landscaping Service that takes care of my Condo Complex.
The other review must have been pd for by Benchmark. We have many plants that have died and not replaced plus we have up to 50 plants that are dying because of lack of care. Lack of irrigation close to plants is a major issue. i have talked to the company numerous times so they are fully aware of the situation however they have done nothing that I can see to correct it. This has been an ongoing problem ever since they
became our Landscapers several yrs. ago. They also short us hours and also manpower and say they will make it up but I can’t see where this has happened. Most of their staff must be under trained for all of our problems to continue.
I’m retired and a real plant lover so I am very aware of what is going on. (Also I walk the grounds frequently.

I have been dealing with commercial landscape companies for over 12 years and I love the personal and professional touch that Benchmark provides. Cody Hutcherson has been working with my business for a short time but within that small time frame he has provided the most reasonable and attentive service I’ve ever had. The people in the office have also been great! I suggest contacting them if you are serious about providing your clients with the best landscaping service out there!! l
