John was extremely prompt, courteous, and helpful. I had been living with a broken screen on my laptop which I use for work and school for over three months, because I was terrified of giving it to someone and not having it for a few days. He came to my house, looked at the laptop, and ordered the parts. Once they came in, he came and got the laptop and fixed it within a few hours and brought it back to my house. I would’ve fixed it months ago if I thought it’d be this easy! Thanks John!

John always does great work for a reasonable price. He was very quick finding the cause of my noisy computer and had it fixed within an hour.

John has worked for my family multiple times, fixing our computers every single time – quickly and for a reasonable price. He is trustworthy and hardworking. Most recently, our office desktop PC got a virus and John had it fixed and working over night. A few days later, my laptop crashed due to bad sectors in the hard drive. John replaced the hard drive very quickly and on very little notice. Most importantly, though, in both cases he was able to save all the data on both the desktop AND the latptop! John’s the best. I won’t work with anyone else!

John is great! He is VERY upfront and honest and GOOD. And the prices are reasonable. He has helped my business MULTIPLE times and often on limited or zero notice!
