Phyllis West has been my computer repair/installation person for the last two to three years. She is incredibly competent, patient and offers great customer service. In the days of big electronic warehouses, where you can’t get the same technician twice in a row, and you never know what or who you’ll get, Phyllis is a breath of fresh air! Phyllis returns calls promptly. She’s patient when explaining information, and she is just generally fantastic.
No one would ever call me computer-savvy. However, just knowing I have Phyllis there ready to help me solve any problem that comes up in the cyber world, makes me feel a lot more confident!
