I was brought here by AAA after a tire blow out. The shop itself isn’t anything fancy, but the approach to the work was prompt and professional, and they in no way pressured me to have more work done than was needed. Decent service without the upselling is always appreciated.

We first visited Paul’s Motors because we live practically next door. Fortunately, it ended up being a good choice, and we’ve been back many times.
It’s a pleasure to be recognized and given a friendly greeting whenever we bring the car in. The service is good, though there is sometimes a longer wait than anticipated. The only thing I really didn’t care for was the fact that they swapped out our license plate holder for a «Paul’s Motor’s» branded one without asking. (I would have given permission if asked!)
We had an amazing experience with Paul’s Motors recently. A week after ordering new tires, one of them had a freak puncture that could not be repaired. Though it was due to no fault of the mechanic, they felt so badly about our experience that they replaced the useless tire at their cost. They really went above and beyond for us when they didn’t have to.
Definitely recommended!
