First I’d like to say that the bus drivers are the only good thing about this company. It ends there! Customer service is the worst! Maureen Brooks should be fired because she’s a detriment to the company. Any complaints I make seem to go through her and she’s extremely defensive and does not take them seriously nor does she try to improve what is wrong. That includes schedules that are incorrect and not even close to being accurate. When a driver leaves before the scheduled time, many people are left at the station and have to wait until the next bus. The buses are smelly and filthy, the communications systems don’t work well inside the bus while the managers such as Maureen Brooks have no one to answer to. I will be finding other means to get back and forth from now on.

For living up in the middle of nowhere, it’s nice to know that there is a bus that can take you down to Syracuse, or even all the way down to NYC. The rates are somewhat pricey, but since the drive down is such a long haul(gas + parking), it usually makes more sense to do the bus, especially if it’s just one person going. The buses are greyhound style coaches.
