I wish I could give them zero star!
I hired GW for moving at the end of the August. Not mention they showed up 3 hours later, my furniture got significantly damaged during the move. Without any apology, Gary the owner took some pictures and said he will handle the claim. Almost a month later, I have never heard back from them. I called many times, all of them went to his voice mail but he never responded. I called his office and talked to the operating manager, but was told he was not able to talk to Gary. I also submitted the claim to BBB, GW does not even respond to BBB. So, if you want a irresponsible moving company, please hire GW moves.
