Elegante Beauty Center

I went to this salon yesterday with my daughter who has beautiful long natural hair. First the people are friendly, however, it was difficult to communicate to them individually because two of the ladies speak fluent spanish and my spanish is minimal. The two folks that could speak english left before my daughters appointment was over so I had to download a translator app on my phone.
My hair came ok. Way to much heat was used. When I told her the blow dryer heat was too hot the one girl looked at me like i was nuts! I also had to remind her to trim my ends.
As for my daughter… I asked for them to just trim her hair and moisturize it. They washed her hair and then her hair air dried by the time the girl got to her. The girl was tugging on her hair and she trimmed it. She threw in some leave in conditioner and said she was done without rubbing it in. I had to show her how to do it. All i could see is white stuff all over her hair. And they were proud to say she was done.
I didn’t don’t feel as if I got my money’s worth.
