Had a great experience at the Clackamas Town Center Zales buying graduation gifts (watch & ring) for my daughter. You MUST ask for Myrna, as she’s the friendliest & most knowledgeable of the sales staff. (She smiles and says it’s the difference between simply working there and having a career there.) They have a great selection and had the exact same watch we found at three other jewelers in the mall for $ 100 less than the lowest priced one. Whoo-​hoo!
If the manager is handy, he can remove extra wristband links in a flash, too. All the staff there made it fun to shop. They have some upgrade programs, too, so well worth checking them out if you’re about to make a jewelry purchase.
