Alison Wesley of Working with Yoga is absolutely joy to take Asana classes from.
She has a wealth of knowledge, but what’s amazing is how she uses that to make your practice & experience a priority during class. I first started taking classes from her around 2007 & have seen her grow ever since. Last weekend I took a Franklin Method workshop on Pelvis movement with her & completely transformed the way I sit, stand, bend & walk.
I highly recommend you find her schedule & take her classes.
