Wilshire United Methodist Church

I don’t go to church there, but I got a good reception from the people who belong there! The hospitality was great, and the folks were friendly. I’ve met the minister, her husband even her son went to the same school as my youngest son! He was respectful, helpful and towards the end of the sale, my hubby was taking back what was not sold back to his truck — an awning — and the minister’s husband stopped him: «my two sons will help you!» and they did, in fact they carried it themselves. They were having a Yard Sale.
I called them, if I could sell my Funky Flowers there, and they called me back if I’d like to do that again. The President of the Women’s Guild called me again, if I’d be interested in selling for two more days!
Not many people would ask me to do that, but they were willing to have me, and it was helping them and helping ME sell my flowers, so it was a win-​win situation!
One day soon, I’ll attend and I’ll write more updates, but for now, I’ll give them 4 stars.
BTW: There were two customers from this church, who called my house and came over to buy MORE flowers. I told one of the ladies where I’d be, next Sunday, but she couldn’t wait till them, she wants them NOW. And she looks forward to my next event, there in October.
