These classes are fun and challenging! I’ve been taking three a week for a little over a month and feel stronger already. Zoe mixes it up and keeps us on our toes. Sometimes literally! She focuses on balance, core strength and overall muscle strengthening. She throws in plenty of cardio to keep our heart rate up as well. Not sure if running stairs will ever get easier for me, but I’ll keep trying! Zoe is great at making modifications for individuals who may need more of a challenge or to take it a little easier. The fact that we’re surrounded by trees and enjoying a cool breeze helps too! She’s great at really pushing us, but doing it with kind words of encouragement. Excellent experience overall! Thanks Zoe! See you tomorrow :)
