I never thought I’d hang out in a grocery store, but this Whole Foods has turned me into that person. It’s hard not to! They have a great selection of yummy hot soups(the corn and crab chowder is my favorite), different rolls to choose from, a rad hot line, and a great selection of cookies and desserts. I tried the pizza one time and thought it was kind of «meh». I’ve also heard mixed reviews about their burritos. Some of my friends LOVE whole foods burritos, some of them say the same thing I did with the pizza. «Meh.» After I pay for my soup, roll and cookies, I head over to The Public House, their in-store café, for some kombucha on draft. If you get it in a pint glass, you get $ 0.75 off and it’s only $ 2.95! A great deal for 16 oz of kombucha. The blonde girl who is behind the counter at the café is super sweet and good at her job, too. Not into kombucha? They also have a full espresso and coffee bar, draft beer, wine, smoothies and fresh juices. Not only are the food options primo, the men that work at this store are cute AF. The only reason for the 4 stars is some things are pretty pricey. But it’s Whole Foods, so I wasn’t expecting otherwise.

This WFM is indeed as good as it gets. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of, and there is almost always street parking available if that is your preference. When it is crowded it is kind of annoying, but it is seldom crowded to that extent. I go on weekends first thing in the morning and I have the place to myself. Yesterday(Sunday) they were playing an insane good blues mix and I danced all over the store. Everyone who works there is nice and super helpful. They move stuff in the front around quite a bit, making it seasonal I suppose, so finding that lip balm or chocolate bar might take some searching, but otherwise the place is well stocked and easy to navigate. My favorite WFM things, in no particular order: WFM regular hummus(found on the end cap refrigerator case across from the prepared foods), olive bar, cheese selection, pastries, local wine selection, bulk foods, wide variety of yogurts, local dairy products, ginger snaps in the bulk foods area(OMG so good), the coffee bar, and the 365 brand fizzy water.

I love shopping here however, the ONE time I decided to try the breakfast burrito instead of grabbing bacon & eggs… due to being in a hurry & needing to go to work there was a HAIR in it, can we say EWW?!? Hopefully they wear hairnets back there when preparing food. I called came back later in the day for refund & they gave me a $ 10 gift card, I was more so grossed out I barfed the burrito!

Not sure why the semi-low ratings. This place has great customer service with the exception of one visit to the coffee shop. I love everything about Whole Foods. It is on the spendy side for meat but you can get some good deals if you watch for them. Love the smell of whole foods stores too. Mmm. Mm.

I came here to grab a quick bite one day, and I opted for what I always get at Whole Foods when I go for lunch: a burrito. It was mediocre, and I am usually always satisfied with my Whole Foods burritos. I didn’t enjoy it because it did not have enough tofu in it — they pretty much ran out of it and just scooped the tiny bit left into my burrito. Also it fell apart while I was eating it since it had way too much rice. I also got a green smoothie from the café area, and it cost me $ 7. That is literally two more dollars than how much I always pay for the same smoothie in California. I thought the LA locations would cost way more, but nope — Portland Whole Foods definitely was the most expensive.

I’m a still a fan of WF, but New Season’s ready made food selection is far superior. Here its the same boring soups for the past four years; there they have Bacon Corn Chowder! Their selection is creative and trays are full. Here, it’s a nasty bean casserole that keeps rearing its head, while the few good items have crusty sides as staff does not refill or stir. Don’t get too comfortable Whole Foods.

Cute store with a friendly vibe. Love this location. It was on our way to visit Multnomah Falls. The store is located in the Hollywood District of Portland which is just another reason to stop by :) Went here twice while visiting. Not a huge variety but decent hot bar options. The chicken fried tofu is really good. I also had a mac n cheese dish that seemed to have black pepper in it… kind of simple but tasted fantastic. The pizza by the slice was delicious too. Perfect crust. Every staff member I encountered was super friendly and courteous. This seems like a smaller location but it’s definitely worth visiting.

This is one of the most healthy food stores that you can go. everything in there is very health-conscious they give you a choices on top of great quality to choose from. the meat selection is good they have a ton of beers and cheeses. They have vitamins supplements shampoos and conditioners without sulfates. you can get everything you could imagine from the store even the produce is like the best of the best it looks like it was picked from the garden of Eden! it is pretty pricey but you are paying for stuff that is the best of the best I mean what more can I say. The staff are friendly very knowledgeable the checkout lines move quickly. They even have a coupon book so then you can get a dollar off of this or 50 Cent off of that.
