A very calming and relaxing atmosphere that has me feeling much better. Community clinics can be hit or miss but I really appreciate Allyndreth’s care. I highly recommend!

When I first moved to Portland I literally thought I was dying. I had horrible allergies, mono, asthma, depression, and the worst anxiety. Allyndreth fixed me right up within a few months and my husband and I pretty much only go see her now when we get sick (which is not very often anymore thanks to her). She is also really knowledgeable about weight loss and nutrition and general lifestyle advice, and she has pediatric techniques she can use on people who hate needles like my husband! Go see her for reals she is the best.

I walked in suffering from lower back pain and a cold and walked out with a considerably happier back and feeling quite a bit better from my cold! Allyndreth worked wonders on me and while this was my first visit I am already scheduled to go back and look forward to our session!

I have recently started going to acupuncture and have been so happy with the results. I highly recommend White Phoenix.

I was in so much pain from bulging disks, bone spurs, nerve damage in my neck. I was told my only option was heavy duty narcotics and waiting util I could see a surgeon at the VA. I would have never thought about acupuncture, but I was so desparate. Allyndreth, reduced my pain the first visit, Darren about had it gone on the third visit, by the end of the week I was just taking the pain pills to withdraw from them I had been eating 6 – 8 oxycodone and 6 muscle relaxers a day as well. I added the Chinese herbs the second week and haven’t looked back. This was all starting in January. Today I am pretty much pain free. My wife has had similiar results. White Phoenix is a WONDERFUL clinic, the people are great, and the results speak for themselves. As a side benefit, my blood sugar is down by about 20% (i’m Diabetic), my feet and toes no longer have a blue hue to them.

What’s not to love about affordable, effective acupuncture?! I went to White Phoenix after I’d been suffering neck and head pain for almost a month as a result of stress. Nurses had told me there was nothing I could do but wait, lower the amount of stress in my life, take ibuprofin, and ice my neck. I’d been doing that for almost a month and the pain wasn’t getting any less. A friend at work recommended that I try acupuncture. I was able to make an appointment immediately at White Phoenix (you can make, reschedule, or cancel appointments online completely – very easy). I’d never had acupuncture before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but after a month of pain and immobility I was wiling to try anything. The facility is very calming, and very welcoming. It’s community acupuncture, which means there are three beds and multiple chairs in the treatment room. Overall, though, it just felt calming and relaxing… everyone there was there to get treated and healed and was very quiet and calm. Allyndreath took her time getting to know me and every aspect I could think of regarding my medical history. Once we started our session, the sharp stabbing pain was gone in a series of minutes, immobility problems were gone by the end of the session, and the ceaseless headache was completely taken care of in about 3 sessions. I was AMAZED. She is fantastic. Her method of acupuncture is very gentle, you can’t really event feel the needles, and never leave with bruises (and I bruise really easily). Her prices are extremely low – she truly does want you to be able to afford to come in multiple times. If you have any sort of problems with pain, I highly recommend you try this – it’s affordable and it certainly can’t hurt! Allyndreath is great to work with and I will definitely be back!
