Wet Kat Pool Service, LLC

I work for the service department of a pool company and got a call from a customer (who we just took on for maintenance) that had set up an appointment for Wet Kat to start her pool up for the season. She said they removed her cover and left her with a list of chemicals, they didn’t do any cleaning and didn’t have any chemicals on their truck. They charged her $ 450.00 just to remove the cover. She then called the office to set up weekly maintenance and was blown off by the lady that answered the phone and was told they weren’t accepting new customers. I can not believe the lack of customer service from the office and the service techs. And can’t believe how much they charged her. In my opinion they seriously ripped her off. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

Owner has made it right. I guess anyone can make mistakes it’s what they do about it after that defines them.

I have been with Wet Kat for 17 years. They have serviced my pool at two different houses, and provided pool inspections both times. Wet Kat has provided me with excellent service, and the owner, Nichelle Smith has been a delight to work with. This company is professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly reasonable.
I highly recommend Wet Kat, you can not go wrong. The best pool service company here in the Northwest!

Nichelle and her staff are extraordinarily professional and do a fabulous job of servicing our pool and still are thoughtful of our costs and the environment.
