I had an amazing experience here today. The staff that was helping me went above and beyond. I was in there for at least an hour and had half of the glasses in the women’s /children’s section on her desk. She was honest with me about what looked good on me and worked with me to get a price that I could live with. She didn’t pressure me or try to up sale me and was very friendly. I got my glasses in less than an hour abd they fit perfectly. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would recommend. I’ll update this review with the name of the sales person when I get home and look at my receipt.

Came in to get pricing on how much it would cost to get bifocal lens. After I showed her my prescription and told her the doctor forgot to write down what I need for my bottom she went ahead and interrupted me saying «no you don’t». Then she proceeded to give a really fast and sh*tty explanation of their pricing for frames and lens which then I realize it was pointless listening to her and left. I could tell from the moment I walked in that empty store with everyone just standing there, she is the type of people that sucks at her job. If you are reading this, **** ***.

I understand with mass market shops like this or lenscrafters, it is hard to get consistent service, so it’s also important to praise the good employees that provide good service. Ryan provided excellent service, even though there was not a sale to be made (and apparently he didn’t get the holiday weekend off). short cropped hair, glasses, maybe six feet tall, three kids (after talking with him as he helped with my glasses)
The good, they have a large selection of frames, I was looking to replace mine with a similar style, light wire, full frame, rectangle lenses. they actually did have one suitable. But I’m not quite ready to buy until my insurance is kicking in. I mentioned the problem i have with the current frame is that the ear pieces are worn at the end. the salesman says that based on the age, it’s time to replace however I do have the option to repair them as temporary fix. Price to fix, zero.
The Great, Ryan does the repair on the spot, no charge, no attitude or pressure to buy, no damage done to the frame. He says just remember to buy at visionworks when it’s time to get new glasses. That’s the right way to treat people and do business.

Just got glasses for me and my hub. Was happy with nearly every single aspect of the service except when I called to check on my glasses. «Troy» wasn’t super nice. When I called he said «what do you want» instead of «how may I help you, and seemed inconvenienced that I called before they were open (why answer then?). Anyhow, I’d still go back, all of service was spot on.

Went in with my insurance card. They checked my plan, got me in for an exam. It was my first time in progressive lenses and I love them. The insurance covered most of my regular pair and I got prescription polarized sunglasses half off! Easy to deal with, great service and love my glasses.

The guy that helped me was completely rude and condescending. I found out later he was the general manager of the place. They have no interest in what your insurance covers. When I showed him my insurance coverage so I could buy something it covers he actually said «I have no idea, that’s not my paperwork.» The gal he passed me off to when he thought I might actually buy something was much nicer, but I wouldn’t shop here if it wasn’t one of the only places my insurance works through. He also called me his «patient» which I’m pretty sure is illegal when you aren’t a medical professional. Go elsewhere if you can afford to.

My expensive prescription glasses has bubbles on the lenses. They said it is because of softener on the clothing that i used to clean it. They said i need new lenses for another $ 270!!! I have been wearing glasses for 23 years this is the first time this ever happened to me! I wish they told me about this when i picked up my glasses 4 months ago!!! It is not a good nor honest business in my opinion. I am very careful with my glasses. If they told me this in the beginning i would even buy their cleaning products!
Edited 12÷15÷14− They replaced my lenses for free, even upgraded my lenses free of charge. Manager called me up after I sent an e-​mail to corporate office and solved this problem. Still does not make sense how come lenses can get bubbled up like that, and didn’t like the way they didn’t solve it the first time. Only recommended this place if you able not to wipe your glasses with your t-​shirt or towels!

I will never step foot in this hellhole that you call an optic center! Incompetent in every sense of the word.
