VINNY HAS MOVED! Vinny is now at 111th St. and Halsey. He’s in the mini-​mall behind El Indio Mexican Restaurant! Around the back where the mailing place is.
My sister discovered Vinny when he was over on Fremont. We were thrilled to find out that he moved over here to Parkrose Heights. He’s closer to our house!
Vinny is the first barber in PDX that got my hair right! And I tried many! He is also just such a super nice guy. He will keep you laughing the whole time.
Take a photo of what you want your hair to look like, and he can match it!

Was shopping around for an efficient, friendly and superb hair cutting shop, Vinny is now my man. Great price ($ 13), great cut and very personable. A bit farther away to drive to but I will definitely be going back each month!

I’ve been going to Vinny for years. I take my son there, too. I live not a block away and he always gives a clean straightforward cut and says I’m beautiful when he’s done. I’ll overlook the choppy television reception.

Vinny is my guy. He did a great job on my hair. I’ve paid $ 25 – 28 for haircuts elsewhere and been disappointed with the results. Vinny took his time, provided great conversation, and charged me a mere $ 13. If you want your barber to pretend he’s from a 1920’s speakeasy, you might go elsewhere. I’m working on getting Vinny to provide shots of whiskey, probably going to wind up stocking my own bottle behind the welcoming cat figurine.
