Stephanie CHANGED my life today. I am a plus sized gal who was in need of some serious hair removal for an upcoming vacation. I was incredibly nervous about stripping down because of my weight, but Stephanie treated me with respect and kindness. She was both professional and personable… a rare find. I feel so fabulous and smooth all over that I booked another appointment!

I went to Urban Waxx for the first time on Tuesday and it was amazing from beginning to end. The receptionist was awesome and very welcoming! My appointment was with Katherine, and she was amazing! Super nice and professional, and she did a great job! I will definitely be back.

I had the most amazing experience yesterday being a first timer to Urban Waxx! Carly was such a sweet heart, I could have talked to her forever. A mimosa and wonderful snack while you wait? Who does that? I’m a instant fan and will always be back, they really nailed the guest experience in every single way here! So happy, bravo!

So happy they have a location at Timberland shopping center! Great place to get a wax-​clean with professional, friendly staff. I had an appointment with Wrenn, she did a fantastic job!
