Urban has done several projects in the house and I have nothing but great things to say about his and his subs work. He is also a very funny and interesting guy with a great personality, so that’s a nice bonus. Very professional and super knowledgeable about every aspect… highly recommend!

Urban K Hutchins construction worked on our office building interior in Beaverton. The project started off reasonably well but cost end up spiraling out of control. Urban insists on billing on an hourly rate without quoting or sticking to a budget. He would charge us for projects without getting prior approval. When we insisted on quotes for the remaining projects he actually charged us for creating the quote. When mistakes were made, we were charged for the mistake and the time to fix the mistake. Deadlines were missed, emails were ignored. We had the work inspected and a final problem was identified. He didn’t want to fix a problem that would have cost him $ 12 and 30 minutes after charging almost $ 100,000. Skip the drama and use someone else for your project.
