I happened to come across Unforgettable Honeymoons while I was researching Fiji honeymoons and I am very happy that I did! Renee was unbelievable and immediately e-​mailed me back with all the information and then set aside time to chat on the phone. After paying the final installment, she e-​mailed and mailed a detailed itinerary and took the time to call the week before the trip to make sure all our questions were answered. We did the Ultimate Fiji Island Hopping Luxury Honeymoon Package which included going to three different Fijian islands/​resorts and the travel could not have been more seamless. We definitely plan on booking an anniversary trip in the future through Unforgettable Honeymoons!

Leah Macdonald, our travel agent with Unforgettable Honeymoons was amazing. From my very first contact with her, to the very last, Leah was the most helpful resource I could ask for. At the beginning, she was very patient and very helpful at finding the perfect honeymoon destination I was looking for. I was very picky with what I wanted, and Leah just kept sending me different packages that fit my criteria.
After my honeymoon was booked, Leah didn’t just disappear, when it came closer to the date, she answered all the questions I had. She was very quick to respond to all my emails, even at 11:00 at night. She loves travel, and it shows. From my understanding, Leah has been to most, if not all the resorts they offer; therefore, she has the inside knowledge you’re looking for.
I will definitely be using Leah and Unforgivable Honeymoons for my next vacation or anniversary. If you’re looking for an all inclusive resort I would 100% recommend Unforgivable Honeymoons, and ask for Leah Macdonald.

My wife and I recently went to Moorea and Bora Bora for our Honeymoon, and I couldn’t imagine booking another destination trip without the help of Unforgettable Honeymoons! From the time we walked on the plane, to getting on our final boat transfer to leave Bora Bora, everything was beyond exceptional!
They started us off in Moorea for 3 days and nights. We had a 4 pm check in, but we landed at 7 am that day. The staff at the Pearl Beach Moorea resort greeted us with refreshments, and were able to get us an early check in at 9 am!
We had to take a few plane and boat transfers to get back and forth from the different islands, but at each stop of the way, there was a person waiting for us to show us where to go and coordinate with the baggage handlers to get our luggage.
Whenever we had a question, I could simply email or call our representative (Heather), and she would promptly reply with all the information we requested.
This was my first time flying internationally, so I would have been a little lost knowing what I know about traveling to an international country without the help of a GOOD travel agency. And Unforgettable Honeymoons delivered at every stop along our journey.
We had lots of fun in Moorea swimming with sharks and riding ATV’s in the mountains. At first, I was wishing we had taken an extra day there UNTIL we landed in Bora Bora, and quickly I realized why they have you spend 5 days and nights there. Wow.
You really don’t even need to leave your resort when you are staying at the Pearl Beach Bora Bora. The food was amazing, prices not as high as what some people were saying (Maybe $ 105 USD for dinner for 2 including 2 bottles of wine, one to take back!). We did venture into town across the Motu from us (5 minute boat ride), but everything we needed was at the resort… snorkel equipment, paddle boards, mini golf, and lots of Mai Tai’s!
When I was originally trying to plan this trip booking hotels and flights individually, it came out to be about the same price, so don’t bother wasting your time. Just call Unforgettable Honeymoons and they will take care of everything if our experience was any indicator.

Laura helped me plan my honeymoon and she was so helpful and always fast to respond to my e-​mails. I kept changing my mind and my budget and not once did she show any sign of frustration. She even answered questions while I was on my honeymoon and helped plan a dinner on the beach. At first I was skeptical using an agency for something I thought I could do myself, but there’s so many bonuses with using Unforgettable Honeymoons because of their partners. I definitely recommend using them to book your honeymoon. Ask for Lauri, she’s the sweetest!

Our experience was so great that if I had to do it all over again, Renee would be getting an invite to our wedding.
= The Search =
As the groom, I really wanted to handle the booking of the honeymoon myself. Thankfully, it didn’t take much to get the wife (back then: fiancé) on board with the idea. The one problem: I had no idea where to start.
After exhausting my friends and colleagues with questions, I found Unforgettable Honeymoons through a Google search. One brief questionnaire later, and we were sent over a number of potential options that took into account our priorities: cost, travel time, atmosphere and proximity to a white sand beach. Oh, and all-​inclusiveness was a must — we didn’t want to be thinking about our astronomical bar tab as we sipped on Mojitos in our bathing suits. We vacillated between the Pacific ocean and the Caribbean, but Renee made sure our package deals were held as we decided.
= The Booking =
Once we pulled the trigger, Renee sent over multiple flight options, we chose one that would be the least physically taxing. She also arranged for us to get a major upgrade of our bungalow tier for our entire stay. The amount of money saved by working through Renee versus booking ourselves was surprising to us. We had assumed we were somehow going to pay more working with an agent, this was not the case in the least.
= The Stay =
I’m sure we’ve all heard horror stories: showing up and finding that «resort» is a roach motel, etc. Before we arrived, Renee had already eased our angst. When our list was narrowed, she even sent over photos of her *own* stay at the destinations we wanted to visit. There would be no surprises here because we were getting recommendations from first-​hand experience.
After a brief delay waiting for our ride from the airport (a mix up at the resort — not our agent’s fault), we arrived at the magnificent Hermitage Bay. Our expectations were exceeded. White beaches: check. All-​inclusive: check. Relaxed, adult atmosphere: check. Jellyfish in the water: check. Er, yeah — the jellyfish were both scary and exciting but nothing is perfect, and yet this was undeniably paradise. The topping on the cake: Renee had helped me to book a surprise add’l night stay and the look on my wife’s face when I announced it was priceless.
We will certainly return to Unforgettable Honeymoons for our next big trip.

I will definitely work with her again. I called her with no plan besides I wanted a destination wedding. My now wife had seen a picture online and said I wanna go there. I called Unforgettable Honeymoons and from the first time I talked to Renee I could tell she was a pro a this (no it was not my first call I had been at this for a few weeks but had not felt ready to give any of them my money yet lol). That is just what I needed was a pro because I had never traveled out of North America before. After talking to her twice in two days I was ready to pull the trigger and even she said that’s fast are you sure. From there we got the ball rolling and she had everything set in a few days which was much needed considering I wanted to get married in 90 days. Best part for me was we made a 60 day payment plan. We went to Calabash Cove in St. Lucia it was AMAZING! Everything was completely taken care with first class service. Working in sales myself customer service is important to me and getting married I always had a bunch of questions and she would get back to me ASAP.

Just returned from our 10 day honeymoon in Greece (Santorini, Mykonos, and Athens) after booking in April/​early May with Bridget at UH. Let’s start by saying– Bridget was amazing to work with! Very personable (finding the humor in my auto correct), keeping us updated in changes in availability due to our delay in booking– but those changes were actually to higher rated hotels/​resorts. We had a last minute hotel change for just one night due to damage to the hotel that was caused by a hurricane– Bridget forwarded us the emails that came directly from the hotel itself, and she even persuaded the hotel into giving us two free 45 minute massages and a dinner voucher for 80 euro to the hotel restaurant. The seaside massage was amazing! Thanks Bridget!
Bridget was up front with us that she had never traveled to Greece, but had a coworker who had been and could provide any additional advice. We wanted to add an additional day and Bridget’s suggestion to add it to Santorini was perfect.
Our hotels/​resorts at each stop were amazing. We had no issues with transfers, and everything went very smoothly. We felt that the price of the trip was very accurate to the price of what hotels were offering had we booked them ourselves– but the convenience of having it all booked and scheduled through UH was ideal especially since we were planning an Indiana wedding from Texas.
I was nervous a week before as Bridget emailed me that she would be out for a week but provided contact information for another agent/​I didn’t need to contact anyone for anything though. But I did hear from Bridget by phone the day before our trip to let us know of the hotel change.
We were very happy with UH! No complaints!

We used this site to help us book our honeymoon in Hawaii. I must say the plans that the company made went very smoothly as the airlines, hotels and car rentals were all ready for us. Although we had some hotel problems (construction, cockroaches) this was not the fault of Unforgettable Honeymoons. As we had booked the hotel way before the construction was planned. (the hotel also emailed me prior and said there was no construction, big lie)
We worked with Renee, who was able to get us a room in Hawaii, that was less than what I could have gotten. Being a control freak, I like to be in charge of my own travel, but it was nice to have Renee to keep us on track. Renee had excellent insight and tips that she had provided us with, as well as coupons which she mailed us well in advanced.
I did take one star off because she called me while I was on my honeymoon to go over the itinerary details. However, I don’t think she realized this mistake because I booked the first part of my trip on my own, since I had hotel points and airfare credits to use.
I definitely will use this company again and recommend it, I will be giving Renee a call in the next month or so to see if she can work her «deal magic» again for us.

Couldn’t have been happier with using Unforgettable Honeymoons. My wife and I are fortunate to have done a decent amount of traveling, both together and separately, and definitely know what we’re doing when it comes to booking and getting good deals.
However, the time leading up to a wedding is extremely busy and can get stressful, so why add to that with arranging the nuances of a honeymoon, especially given the increased budget compared to normal vacations? Jay from UH spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me during my first consultation, just getting an idea of our budget, interests, etc and laying out possible destinations. Jay knew which spots would make sense for us off the top of his head — didn’t need to put me on hold to look anything up. We ended up debating between Hawaii and Fiji, but Jay leaned us towards Hawaii to make the most of our budget. Knowing we wanted to visit multiple islands in our 10 days, this could have been a tricky request but all the advice we received was solid (especially the tip to do Maui last, as it was by far the nicest). Also, the tip to book a rental car may not have even crossed my mind if I was booking alone, but it was a DEFINITE for Hawaii, and we saw so much more than we would have being cooped up in the resorts. Following the call, he quickly sent a detailed, nicely formatted email with several hotel options. They included honeymoon packages and upgrades which we likely wouldn’t have gotten booking ourselves.
Once we chose the destination and worked out the details, Jay sent over 2 several-​page long fact sheets about each island we were visiting (Oahu and Maui). I printed these out and referenced them several times during the vacation.
For anyone on the fence about using a travel agent in this day and age, don’t hesitate to call Unforgettable Honeymoons, and take a bit of stress away from your busy wedding planning.

My Husband and I just returned from our Honeymoon in Thailand that was booked with Renee. Not only was the entire planning process seamless, but the hotels that Renee booked for us were fantastic! Let’s not forget to mention that she got us an amazing (and affordable) rate to the Chedi in Chiang Mai — a Fodor’s top 100 hotel!!!
Having little ideas, except for the cities we wanted to visit, about Thailand and a tight budget both my Husband and I thought it would be out of the question to take an exotic honeymoon to Thailand. However, with Renee’s help she literally made our dream come true!
About a month prior to our departure date for Thailand, the train we were planning to take from Bangkok to Chiang Mai was canceled due to derailment issues. We immediately contacted Renee who was more than willing to help us, even though she was out on vacation. She was completely honest with me in regards to the rates she could get for our flight (explaining insurance and foreign currency fees) and recommended to check out flight prices on our own as we may be able to get a better deal — which we did!
About a week before we left, we received an email from Renee with tips on sight seeing, eating and shopping for our trip. It was so helpful!
I cannot thank Renee enough for being such a great help and removing all the stress from planning the most perfect Honeymoon for my Fiancé and I. We are the first of our friends to get married and will be recommending unforgettable honeymoons to all of our friends!

I booked our honeymoon with this company. First I would like to say I really want to give it 3.5 stars.
Our agent was Leah. I gotta give it to her, she was helpful and honest when it came to cost of certain places even though price was no problem for us, but the thought was nice. After narrowing it down we picked a place and was quite thrilled. She was dead on about the ambience on the place we’ve picked.
I had a couple of issues with her, one she fixed and the other I never got a response when I emailed over seas, but its all good. I sensed a little attitude from Leah at one point through email, but once I gave her a phone call to verbally get things straight we were good to go. Other than that, she was quite helpful and I wouldn’t say it was a horrible experience.
I MAY use them again to plan a vacay to the following countries they provide or recommend to a person. They are pretty knowledgeable of the places and if you explain in detail what you and your mate like, they can narrow down pretty good places for you to go.

We used unforgettable honeymoons for our one year anniversary trip. Leah Macdonald treated us with first class service. After I contacted her with our destination, budget, and travel dates she presented us with several packages within our budget to choose from. After booking, we received all of our travel documents in a timely and organized fashion. Our trip to Kauai and Maui was truly unforgettable, and we will definitely use them again! Based on a referral from a friend we contacted Unforgettable to help us plan our Honeymoon in Fiji. We had a wonderful experience with them and we would strongly reccommend them to anyone looking for some professional help booking a once in a lifetime trip.
We worked with Renee to plan our trip and she put together a wonderful 10 day trip to the Qamea resort in Fiji (we knew we wanted Qamea when we contacted her). We wanted a once in a lifetime level trip for our honeymoon and we definitely got it
We found Renee to be an up-​front straight-​forward professional– no smarmy B. S, but completely sweet and genuinely caring about putting together the best experience she could for the best price. And we made sure– we hit the web to make sure we were getting a good deal on our honeymoon. Renee’s price beat all the quotes we received for the same itinerary my multiple hundreds of dollars.
So now we want to take a trip to Mexico (Cabo) and we are a bit nervous because we don’t know any resorts or logistical details about that destination. We did not hesitate to get back in touch with Unforgettable as we have complete trust in the help we will receive. Sure enough Renee quickly foud space at the nicest All-​Inclusive in Cabo including airfare for less money than we wanted to spend (and we don’t want to spend a whole lot).

We used this site for our honeymoon recently, and let me confirm it is definitely worth it. We got incredible rates for a 5 star resort in Anguilla (if I had done it on my own, it would have been almost 2x more expensive)
Jennifer Lodge helped us plan everything, and it all worked out beautifully. We just got back a few days ago, and I wanted to write reviews for everything (the resort, this service, and all the restaurants).
The rates you get with Unforgettable Honeymoons are incredible. I really only used them for that alone… but Jennifer also made sure everything was in line and good to go and we were in contact for months leading up to the honeymoon.

We were so glad we went to Qamea and without the knowledge Renee shared with us: #1 we wouldn’t have chosen Qamea and #2 we wouldn’t have add the experience with all the extra tips we received.
Qamea truly was the best honeymoon place we could have dreamed of. The staff was so friendly and we were sad we had to go!

In response to the owner, not all of what she said is true. I have several friends that have booked trips to Greece less than 6 weeks away and have been fine. There are also cheaper trips than the one we took, for more. Also as a owner of a business you should not put out there how much money my husband and I are spending. That is personal information and unprofessional of you!
When we received our travel info there was NO flight from Athens to the island on it. It was not until I called Lisa to ask when we were leaving and she did not know what time. She had to call Gate 1 (who Unforgettable Honeymoons goes through) to find out. Now why was that not already booked and sent to us? Also why should it take 27 hours to get to Greece from DC? which is what it took. I asked Lisa what we were going to be doing in Athens on our 6 hour layover. She did not know, nor would she call Gate 1. That day full of stress my fiancé took most of the day working on fixing our trip and trying to extend it, he had to keep asking Lisa for help, which got us no where. However… once we got over there we were able to change flights and tours with no help from Unforgettable Honeymoons. If you are trying to book at trip, just go through Gate 1!

I’ve found UH’s site very helpful during my research for honeymoon ideas. I considered booking with them cuz of all the honeymoon querks that came with the package and being able to pay installments is a total PLUS.
In short, UH is your ticket if you’re willing to pay a little extra for convenience and/​or want an option to pay for the honeymoon thru an installment plan. However, if you’re really budget conscious and can spare the time to do your own research, you can probably save about 10% if you book on your own.

The agents were very professional, very knowledgeable, and had great customer service attitude — except, they have very bad turnaround time for the quotes. It took about 4 – 5 business days for me to get one quote, and when I asked for a 2^nd quote, it took another 4 business days. By the time I got the second quote, I’ve already done a lot of research and had made quotes of my own for different trip options.
Both of the quotes from UH were a little higher than the quotes I got on my own. Maybe they were counting the costs of the querks, on a discounted basis of course. However, the cost of the flights turned out to be my deciding factor — UH’s quote was a little over $ 680 per person, $ 1360 TOTAL — I was able to find RT flights for both of us for about $ 1100, that’s including all the taxes and fees.
I can accept the extra cost for the querks, hotel transfers from airports (about $ 100 – 150 RT), and champagne and fruit baskets; but, I expected them to find me the lowest flights possible to balance out the costs. Since I didn’t find anything beneficial in using their service for our honeymoon planning. I decided to book everything myself — we decided on renting a jeep while we’re there so the transfers were considered in the rental, plus the difference for the flights, we saved bout $ 600 from our budget — to be used for extra activities and a few meals.

They should rename the company Unforgettable Attitude.

‘Angela has booked with UH 4 times in the last two years, each time indicating it was her honeymoon.” Sadly, this line has been edited out in her latest reply but it was *priceless* while it was there!
Now she says that we «received honeymoon discounts, etc» each time we booked. Apparently, if you are not going on a honeymoon, they don’t want or need your business.
Whatever. If its part of your booking protocol, UH, we received it but I don’t remember being wowed by repeat customer perks of any sort. I am wowed by your awesome rudeness, however.
It looks pretty bad to attack to your customer on a public forum, wouldn’t you say? How about just taking the review to heart and thinking about how you could do better? The bottom line here is that all that SHOULD matter is that we booked travel with UH 4 times in about a year and half time period and you don’t treat repeat customers well. AT ALL.

When it came time to plan our honeymoon, my husband and I were running out of energy, especially to plan the fantastic honeymoon we both wanted. While we both found Renee to be fairly pretentious and full of herself, she was very knowledgeable.
At first, we wanted to go to Bora Bora and Taha’a. However, Renee couldn’t find us any availability for the room types we wanted. She asked us if we would consider Fiji, which we of course would and did. She booked us for 7 nights at Qamea Resort and Spa in Fiji in a premium villa. The resort was amazing but I grew a bit concerned when four different couples at the resort (which has a maximum capacity for 28 adults total) had been booked there with Renee from Unforgettable Honeymoons. I don’t know what sort of a kickback Renee receives for referring clients there and I guess it doesn’t really matter because the resort really is all she says it is. However, it doesn’t feel very good to feel like she’s only sending people to that one place, especially when we already felt like she had a pretty inflated ego.
A friend and her husband booked through Unforgettable Honeymoons for their honeymoon, not with Renee, and said their experience was great. If I had it to do over again, I would try to book with another travel agent there.
