My gripe with this place is the customer service. They’re very attentive before you buy, but once you’ve bought they suck. My delivery took a long time with no word from them. I think I had to call a couple of times. And they never gave me the free gas card they offered as part of the promotion, even after I went in personally, then called. Then I went in a few weeks ago to see if I could get the cushions in my loveseats restuffed with less dense foam(which I was willing to pay for), and they said they’d find out and call me back. Of course they never did. Small things, but they say a lot.
