The staff was super nice and helpful(tall, dark haired guy), he got me a glass a water and helped my boyfriend find what he wanted with out being overbearing. Really nice location, and they have vegan shoes which was awesome!

Ummm, no sales tax? Heck yeah I’m getting something! :) Plus, the service was not overly-pushy with the sale. We even scored a bag of Toms coffee for free.

I looooooove this store because the staff is super friendly and cool, the shoes are fancy and they have a super cute dog hanging freely in there asking for people to pet him! You should definitely walk in if you are in the area, it’s a cool store!

Toms has great shoes and accessories. The black, leather sandals that I love and receive tons of complements on came from Toms. The products and staff are great, but what really makes Toms five stars is their ability to give back. One for One is an amazing program and I love that I can buy quality shoes and support a company that gives back at the same time. It’s really nice that they partner with other companies that give back as well. I just purchased a beautiful quartz necklace from Toms that comes from Half United, a company that pays for a week of meals for a child with purchase. They also have events in the store! I’ve never been but I saw that this month they have yoga, some sort of drink tasting, and a clean-up(read: trash pick up) event with raffle prizes. They were also having a school supply drive in-store when I was there last. Park at Whole Foods and buy $ 10 worth of groceries to have your parking validated. I always need groceries anyways, so this works out. I’ve been eyeing their new boots and I’m sure I’ll be back soon.

Cute shop but staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The store hours posted said they were open until 7, I walked in at 6:45. The sign was already pulled in from the side walk and the two employees made no effort to hide their unhappiness at a customer coming in close to closing time. I knew exactly the shoe I wanted though and asked for my size. The male employee went in the back for 10 seconds, returned and said they did not have it. I asked if they could order it for me and he said no. I asked if they restocked regularly and he replied yes, they did, but he wouldn’t be able to tell me when the shoe I wanted would be in. He couldn’t get us out of there fast enough.

Super nice and helpful staff. Came here with my little boy and family. My son was all over the place. I was doing the best I could. Staff was wonderful. Great place to buy Toms.

FREECOFFEE! Right as you step into the store, their first question is, «would you like a complimentary cup of coffee?» Granted of course, it is promotion for their own TOMS Roast coffee, but free coffee is free coffee. The previous reviewer mentioned a small selection compared to online, but it’s the biggest selection I’ve seen in person as I only see them at Nordstroms. The gal I was working with was friendly and helpful. She didn’t lay on any pressure and was super chill, which I quite enjoyed.

Very cute décor — but pretty small selection of Tom’s shoes(compared to online). The up-side of the store is that you don’t have to pay shipping, but the down-side is that there are not enthusiastic or very happy people working at the shop, particularly if you have a 2 year old with you. Sometimes it’s nice when staff is empathetic. Other than that, pretty pleasing experience, very fast check-in/check-out.
