Love their breakfast burritos! I’ve gotten other stuff but the breakfast burritos are the way to go. Big honkin’ burritos that probably weigh as much as a baby for about $ 6. I’m not a veggie lover but I always get the spinach and mushroom breakfast burrito. Add some lime and some of that chipotle sauce! Mmmmmmmmmmm! My mouth is watering as I write this review. Expect to take a little nap if you can finish the whole burrito. It will surely put you into a food coma. The meat here is inconsistent. By inconsistent I mean that I can get steak burritos every time I visit and it will look different from time to time. This part makes me nervous. I usually stick to the vegetarian option so this isn’t much of a problem. Service can be extremely slow during lunch time. Go early!

Best salsa I’ve ever had. The burritos are excellent. The rest of the food is pretty good too. But the salsa though

I’ve never had a bad experience with Tito’s. The burritos, my go-to, are solid. Admittedly I rarely do anything besides the carnitas, but it’s some of the best. So few places crisp it up just right. The nachos are phenomenal, and huge. I’m literally inside right now, waiting to try their breakfast offerings(I needed a place other than the cheerful tortoise to eat, or I’d have a hard time respecting myself). To sum up, it’s not my favorite burrito place in Portland, but I’ve enjoyed every bite of every thing I’ve ever eaten from Tito’s.

Oh my god. This place has the best burritos. BEST. The desebrada is to die for. It’s expensive but worth it because I’ve yet to have a better burrito anywhere, even in Cali. But it’s dumb that they don’t have regular red salsa for the chips.

Titos burritos rocks my world! The al pastor tacos are amazing. Somehow, the burritos manage to be just as incredible! Imagine warm toasty tortillas filled with the most flavorful meat you’ve ever tasted and rice and beans! Can’t say enough about how great this place is

So, yes, I’m one of those people who go to horse races and roots for the horse with the cutest name. I’ve liked the restaurant name here for awhile simply because it rhymes which delights me. I thought they might be delighted if I visited finally and cheered them on. Cheering them on is easy as you walk in the door. It feels like you’re on vacation immediately. The walls are painted bright yellow, there are a few matching Mexican accessories on the walls, and some colorful tablecloths. The restaurant itself is so clean that it shines. I was greeted at the counter by the friendly counter person. My questions were answered clearly and order taken quickly. Menus were above the counter and in handheld format with clear pricing and photos. My chicken burrito that I ordered wet came out full of tender chunks of chicken and also generous sides of rice and creamy pinto beans. I was able to «doctor» it up at the salsa bar with a nice variety of condiments. All the additions were kept ice cold. I appreciated the detail to attention here. The price was quite reasonable at $ 9 for this platter of good food, a lot of which came home in the form of leftovers. I’m not usually a fan of so much media being on at the same time, but they managed to maintain a balance between the music and television being on at the same time and eventually turned them both off. I’m not sure I’ll ever get used to dogs being in restaurants(one well-behaved boxer came in with his person to pick up takeout), but it’s a sign of the times more and more here in Portland. Anyway, that’s my take on Tito’s Burritos. I’m happy that it met my name-rhyming expectations AND eating expectations, and I think you will enjoy it too. But most of all, I hope you enjoy the name as much as I do.

I really can’t believe this place has 4.5 stars. The beans were bland, the rice tasted old, there was nothing to the burrito, and the enchilada sauce was just disgusting. The price wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great either. We took our family here because of the rating. It was a bad idea. It was the worst Mexican food I have ever had

Great spot! Visiting from Cali, and I just had to stop and visit my uncle here. I had the titos breakfast, and it was just good. Not to mention the chorizo tacos!

I enjoy this Mexican atmosphere because as soon as you walk you hear them playing that music and that to me is very welcoming. The unique part of the playing music is not only Mexican music but they like to play all types of genres. I love their nachos, so bomb! I recommend this place to all of you who are craving for some fast delicious authentic Mexican food with some good music in the background. :)

Saturday night and I was hungry and wanted a burrito. I was skeptical because it was dead inside. Meaning no one. No one waiting for a To go order or waiting for food. And during my meal no one came in either. The employee behind the counter was very friendly and let me take my time when choosing what I wanted to eat. I ordered the Carne Asada burrito and a Adobada taco. Both didnt disappoint and were delicious. The prices are definitely reasonable. They have Two TV’s and plenty of seating and the inside is really really clean.

This is close to where my classes were located, cheap $ 1.50, good, excellent tacos. Carne asada is the bomb. I always get at least 3 of them, and they are pretty filling for me. So good, so fresh, cannot stop raving and craving about it even though. I already graduated and don’t go to PSU anymore. My Chinese friend was always«ummm. I don’t like Mexican food», but I converted him through the tacos lol.

This is my go to spot for the following reasons: — it’s close to my apartment and it’s always open unlike the other taco stands nearby! — it was literally EVERY flavor of the jarritos soda!!! Guava, tamarind, and lime are my favorite :) — their avocado salsa is bomb! Carne asada is whatever here, but I do enjoy their al pastor.

Shrimp AND steak super burrito with guacamole for no extra charge? A Cali girl’s literal dream come true. And it’s right smack dab in the middle of the Portland State campus. The food’s affordable, fast, convenient and absolutely delicious. Tito’s is my go to place for real Mexican food.

WOW, I never thought I’d see the day that I would give a 5 star to a fast food joint, but here it is :) A co-worker of mine was going to Titos for lunch and I asked her to grab me something. I got a taquitos meal and was genuinely surprised when I opened my little container, I am really upset I didn’t take a photo. Not only did I get like 8 taquitos, yes i said EIGHT! I also got beans with cheese, mexican rice, pico de gallo AND my taquitos were topped with a generous portion of cojita and avocado slices… I mean can we say fancy? The icing on the cake is that this entire meal cost only $ 6.99! I will most definitely frequent Titos!

Three friends and I stumbled upon(and into) this place on a road trip from Central Washington back to Northern California. My friend found it on Unilocal. The restaurant is spacious and a cool green color inside. It is very casual. It’s the kind of place where you order at the counter, and you can get it either to go or to eat in. We decided to order to go. I found mannyyy vegetarian options on the menu. They also had all day breakfast burritos! I love those kinds of restaurants. The woman at the counter was incredibly welcoming and sincere. She didn’t even look twice at our raggedy, smelly, post-festival road trip outfits(we were so thankful). I ordered two veggie tacos($ 1.50 each) with a side of rice and beans, and she offered me the taco plate which was $ 4.99 for the same thing, thereby saving me money. The veggie tacos were loaded with beans, rice, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. The beans had cheese on them, and the rice was full of flavor. The helpings for both were so huge that I didn’t even finish my whole meal. They have a wide selection of salsas to choose from, and you don’t have to pay for any of them on the side. I can’t remember them all but I opted for the avocado salsa and the chipotle. The avocado was creamy, tangy, and perfectly spicy, not too crazy but enough to put a little sweat on the bridge of my nose. The chipotle was very creamy, savory, and had a little kick. One friend got the Bacon Breakfast Burrito and really enjoyed it. He said the only thing that bothered him was that most of the cheese was concentrated in the middle of the burrito. He would get bites of pure cheese. He said he would order it again, however, and that it had ample bacon with«good bacon flavor». All in all, I would definitely stop by here again for some delicious mexican food and quick, friendly service.

Very good breakfast burritos for $ 4.99 and comes with coffee. The $ 1.50 tacos are a very good deal; the Carnitas, Pescado and Asada were all up to par. Kudos for offering an additional hot sauce choice beyond the standard Green and Red. Nice counter gal. A Spanish language program was on TV, that’s usually a good sign.

Been eating here since they opened this location and I have yet to have anything that isn’t amazing! My favorite is the burrito(black beans, rice and cheese) with guacamole spicy sauce all for just 4 bucks!(Toss a single for tip when I can)
