My favorite food cart on 3rd and one of the best Mexican food carts that I’ve visited. There are usually a few people waiting on food, but the wait time is not bad. The taco’s and burritos are very tasty. My personal favorite being the enchilada burrito plate. A side of beans and rice with a large burrito smothered in enchilada sauce, sour cream, guacamole sauce, and a few slices of avocado. The menu has a wide variety, and so far everything I’ve tried has been great.

This is specifically for the burritos from the cart at 3rd and Wash. So freaking good… by far the best burrito I have found in Portland. The burritos are perfectly balanced with ingredients, wrapped tight and toasted right. The verde salsa has an awesome kick. The veggie burrito is only $ 5 but is really huge and satisfying. Can’t wait till my next one!

Excellent. Reliable. Affordable. I have eaten every single bean and cheese burrito from a cart within .5 miles of here, and I believe Tito’s is the best. Their tortillas are superior, and they don’t skimp on the cheese. Beware the green salsa, it is hotter than it appears.

Credit where credit is due: their veggie tacos are so so so good. $ 1.50 each and filled with beans, rice, cheese, sour cream, avocado and lettuce. Their salsas have improved as well, enjoying the flavorful avocado and red salsas. This is definitely my go to when craving tacos now. For burrito’s I’ll stick with Chopollos.

I am not sure what to make of the bad reviews below. I tried this place last week, for the first time. I have returned twice because I thought it was very good. I have had the carne asada tacos, chorizo breakfast burrito, and regular chorizo burrito, all of which were fresh, and tasty, and served piping hot. The fresh hot sauces were quite good, as well,(verde and habanero). Service and prices are good too. This is my new favorite place close to PSU.

I have never had a bad experience here. The food is good and the portions are solid. I can’t speak for the meat dishes, but all the vegetarian dishes I’ve eaten there have been great.

I had 1 taco al pastor, one taco carne asada, and one taco carnitas. The carne asada was nothing special, the al pastor was good, the carnitas were bad. The prices were reasonable, and the green salsa was good.

Seriously? I paid $ 4.50 for a plate of 6 taquitos that came out of a box. I would know, as I’ve had those same taquitos before from El Montero. My friend ordered the enchiladas and they were barely full. This place is cheap, but you get what you pay for, or less.

Bland, Bland, Bland. My friend and I both ordered chicken fajitas for dinner. The beans were cold, and very watery. It would be better if they just went with re-fried beans but whatever. The chicken was okay but nothing special. For only having been open a few days the place seemed kind of dirty(stains on the chairs). I’m disappointed as we kept passing by the store-front and were excited for a new option for Mexican food on campus. I would be willing to give them a 2nd try but unless they significantly improve I won’t be going back a 3rd time.
