Great customer service and cheap house coffee! Do you know how hard it is to get local coffee for less than $ 2 in this town?! Not amazing espresso drinks but it’s super affordable. Don’t blink or you’ll miss it as you walk by!

Love hanging out here and drinking a cup of coffee. The atmosphere is great! Drip coffee is only $.95 if you bring your own cup, so it’s super affordable. The employees are really friendly, as well. It’s also right on campus so it’s really convenient for students.

I always go to meetro thou i can get it from starbuck which is totally closer from Lincoln Hall. Their server are friendly and they sells yoghurts for my snacks! Price are same with starbux but i still prefer meetro! Psu coffee usually what i order. Too bad costa rica is not existed in this café! I saw some people bought the paintings so it is good idea to put your artwork here!

Great mocha! Really convenient, and open late. Dinning dollars are also accepted if you go to PSU. Foods pretty shitty, but could be worse.

I like this place. Cheap coffee on PSU campus. It seems like it’s kind of a hidden spot, because there’s hardly ever anybody in there. It’s right next to Hoffman Hall, so when you have to go sit through some lecture you can go get coffee here first!

I lived in one of the dorm buildings nearby for a bit and always saw this place on my walk to class. On a whim I decided to finally step in and man… THISPLACEROCKS. It became my regular stop for coffee mainly because it’s only 95 cents for some brewed if you bring your own bottle and the Costa Rican is delicious. The other drinks are extremely cheap too(think a dollar or so cheaper than the Starbucks the next street over). Not sure who the«snooby assholes» are, mentioned in another review; the only people I ever see working here are the owner and a woman(his wife?) and they’re both super nice. My one complaint… they’re closed for summer so I’m forced to get expensive and lackluster Starbucks coffee.

Hey, it’s Meetro, the café in the King Albert student housing building, which meets all your unexpected culinary needs… aka… Haven’t you always wanted a bad coffee shop(think Boyd’s) to mate with a terrible, over-priced convenience store(think worse than plaid pantry) and then staff themselves with snobby assholes(think your stereotypical too-cool-for-school barista, but without actually knowing anything about coffee, and probably, actually, being in school)? And don’t you want it to be located in a dorm building? And don’t you want that dorm building to bear a name that brings to mind a metal-skewered penis? Me neither. It does sound like hell, now that you mention it. Yet, this place is right by the building where I take my most boring classes. I always want caffeine/sugar/Chex Mix in the middle of the day, and I have ten minutes to obtain one or more of the aforementioned delicious vices. So I patronize Meetro. That means I can’t give it one star, because that would make me a hypocrite. I did need one more reason to celebrate being finished with statistics class in a few more weeks…

I got a stamp card! Anyways; there are daily specials here. I always stepped by it without thinking, but the specials are actually pretty nice. I had a moist muffin and a «Café Americano» for less than $ 5. That’s impressive considering the Starbucks corporate approach of running us in the hole for our caffeine addiction. My coffee was only $ 1.40. It’s affordable and the lady behind the counter told me she«purposely set about making the pricing appropriate for students,» and also said, «I would never price it at Starbucks prices, our products are local and delicious, lower price.» She then handed me the stamp card and said, «Thursdays are double-stamp days, FYI.» I was happy. There’s wifi, it’s not crowded ATALL(hello, no lines), and it’s quiet with big plushy couches to do homework. Go here. It’s nice. I promise your wallet will thank you.
