Employee store for Rogue Brewery workers, but it’s also open to the public. Great selection of rogue beers to-​go along with memorabilia and hard to find seasonal brews.

I heard about this bottle shop from a beer-​savvy Whole Foods employee at the Hillsboro location. He had mentioned that he was able to find some aged bottles of Rogue’s XS Old Crustacean and other good finds. With my beer-​aficionado husband’s birthday coming up, I had to see what I could find.
The bottle shop isn’t extremely big, but I feel it is well kept. I was able to browse the aisles on my own but when I was ready for some suggestions I got to ring a gong! See, when the staff are elsewhere in the building, they set out a gong you can ring so that they know someone requests their presence. So much better than a dinky little bell on a counter… but I digress.
Turns out, they did have aged Old Crustaceans. Many of them too. There was one 2005 (which I promptly purchased), some ’06’s, some 08’s and various more recent bottles. They had a great selection of other beers as well. Needless to say, my guy will have some seriously good brews on his birthday! The staff was really helpful and friendly. We will be back for sure!
