Found my iPhone in the washing machine at 3:30 Saturday afternoon. Wired happened to be open so I called for an assist. Pete answered my call and was able to open up my phone and start the drying process. Picked up a 99% restored phone after work for a fraction of what my replacement cost would have been. There is still a watermark on the screen but everything else seems to be functioning. If you’re in NE PDX give them a try.

I was in a panic yesterday. Had a noon flight to Japan for a business trip. For some reason decided to choose this as a good time to change the battery in my iPhone (4s). Needless to say I screwed it up and lost the ultra tiny screws to the battery clip and didn’t seat it correctly. I left a message in the AM well before the opening time of 10. Couldn’t get appt at Apple Store and they probably wouldn’t have done anyway. Pete called me back at 9:30 and said he’d take a look at it right away. I went in, he fixed it in about 3 minutes and made it to PDX with time to spare. And the charge was so reasonable I felt obliged to argue for an increase. He saved my butt! Thanks Pete!

Definitely the most reliable and fastest place to get your iPhone screen fixed.
Pete has helped me with a variety of issues, including several broken screens, water damage, and mysterious technical issues. He works incredibly quickly, and provides the best quality service. He has gone out of his way to diagnose and fix issues with my phone, and has performed more than one phone-​saving miracle. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Went in with a smashed (run over by a car, or several cars more like) screen and goodness only knows what other damage and ***within an hour*** Pete had it fixed and sent me down the road with a big smile on my face. The price was fair for the work performed and the quick turnaround. HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

Pete is a really cool guy who you can tell takes a lot of pride in his work and cares about getting it right. He was upfront on the price, honest about the timeframe he expected it might take, and got it done more quickly than that. I needed a replacement glass screen for my iPad mini, and he had the part in stock and the iPad really does look as good as new. There is also a 6 month warranty on the part which I didn’t expect. Very impressed with the service and would recommend ANYONE who has reservations about trusting their gadgets to a repair shop to try this place out. 5 stars and I’ll definitely be back here in the future if anything goes wrong.

iPhone 4 battery replacement: $ 35
time took: 4 minutes
now, of course you can get these batteries for much cheaper and self-​install, but we’re not yet to the point of instant delivery on amazon dot com, so I’d say that’s quite a fair price to pay for fixing the problem of a non-​working phone in less time than most karaōke songs.

Impressive! I dropped my son’s water damaged iPad at 10 AM. I did not have the password. They called about 1 pm to remind me they needed the password. I picked it up at 6 PM and it hey had cleaned it, dried it and it worked! $ 50. They did what they said they would do at the price quoted. They did the work quickly, it was successful. What else can you ask for? My son was so happy!

Wonderful — I took my three year old Samsung Galaxy phone to Wired iRepair and he fixed it in ½ hour. (I called him several days ago so he could order the part)
The people at GadgetFix quoted me more and couldn’t get it fixed after two tries. BatteriesPlus said they could send it out for 5 – 7 days to get fixed.
YAY — I AM SO HAPPY to finally find a quick competent repair person!
