Just received a microderm treatment from Adriana, my face feels soooo smoooth! She is the best, loved the treatment!

I’m actually very pretty — like Mohammed Ali — and don’t require aesthetic tweaking, but I do have allergies to beat the band so I go here for the allergy shots.
The Center of Aesthetic Medicine is a beautiful people factory. But the first thing you notice is the light. It’s that warm caressing afternoon light — slightly amber and a little hazy like the end of a perfect day at Zuma Beach. The interior is washed in a golden glow, and one can just discern the earthy aroma of old and expensive Italian leather even though the furniture appears to be upholstered in vinyl. The waiting room, bursting with stunningly perfect people, resembles a casting call for some epic surf movie to be shot at exotic locations around the world. This is where the beautiful people are.
My eyes watering, my nose running, and my head making that wet clacking sound as my tongue tries to scratch the itch of my soft palate, I arrive for my injections and shuffle through a soirée of stars and starlets. Sometimes, with my pant pockets stuffed with used tissue, and my Epinephrine auto-​injector protruding from my shit pocket, I palm my camera and grab a few candid glamor shots while I wait.
A silky tall African woman wearing a long red dinner gown floats past holding a martini, when someone looking remarkably like Brigitte Bardot calls my name. I squeeze past a waiter, who is shoving a drink in my direction, and head toward the reception desk. At first it appears to be unmanned, but as I lean over for a better look, I notice that the floor is three feet lower on the other side. Ralph Lauren, his head barely flush with the counter-​top and looking like a young child, looks up at me and offers to validate my parking. He’s looking directly up my leaking nose, so I screw my head down and hand him my ticket.
Brigitte Bardot shuttles me into a room with nothing but a chair bolted to the floor, and a picture of Farrah Fawcett on the wall. She jabs me twice and shuttles me back to the waiting room. I must wait twenty minutes before I can leave.
I wait amongst the swirling murmuration of sculpted gods and goddesses, grasping my auto-​injector like life’s last wad of filthy luker, breathing raggedly through my mouth, and waiting for the onset of Anaphylactic shock.

I saw Deb Beers (esthetician) for sunspot removal on face and neck from a groupon type special. Deb’s customer service, friendliness and plan of attack are all as great as everyone says, but $ 600 got me very little result, even with an extra treatment. I am fair skinned. I don’t know what kind of machine is used there. I was offered more treatments at that sale price, but they just aren’t doing enough to warrant more expense. Buyer beware of end result.

You can just copy what the last person said about Deb, because its all true. She rocks. She actually called me the other day to check on me and I’ve been meaning to email her but I’m just too darn lazy being holed up on my couch during winter break. Now to find her card…
She has a great memory, is knowledgeable, and even offered me a fourth touch up. I would seriously hang with that chick, but I’ll settle for her just improving my skin.
Yes, laser is painful, but who cares when you have a squeezable Panda bear to comfort yourself with the entire time?!
Deb is a hoot, but shes also clearly a serious professional. Although I dont think anyone would, do not mistake her candor for taking her job lightly. I hope I can continue to get treatments at this awesome place even after my groupon!
Parking is validated so dont worry about using their lot. I THINK there is also a MAX station close by.

I have had an amazing experience with laser hair removal here — specifically with Deb Beers. I haven’t had to wait for more than three minutes when I arrive for an appointment. She is wonderfully personable and professional at the same time. She is also very aware of adjusting my treatments based on what I can tolerate and actually went to a higher setting when I requested it. I went here on a Groupon and it has been a great experience! A lot of people that issue Groupons seem sort of put out when you use them, so I was expecting that attitude, but that was not the case with Deb at all. I am totally comfortable with her and would not trust my legs to anyone else now!

I love this place. Actually, I love Deb. Not only is she good at her job, but she’s incredibly good about making you feel comfortable while she is doing her job. She is sensitive, professional, and flexible. Plus, she is just an awesome lady. We will usually talk during my appointment about our weekend plans, upcoming vacations, etc, and each time I find myself thinking, «I would genuinely like to hang out with this person, just for fun!»
Plus, the last time I was in she brought up something I didn’t even realize I had mentioned to her before. I said, «Wow, you have an amazing memory!!!» She said, «Well, no, I wrote it in my notes and I looked at them earlier today.» Honestly, I was even more tickled by that. The fact that she took the time to write some personal notes in my file was really thoughtful.
I came here with a Groupon, and I know the whole point is to get you in the door in hopes that you’ll become a regular client. For most of the ones I’ve bought, I’ve walked out thinking, «Well, I’ll never go there again» or «At least I didn’t pay full price.» But this time it has been completely the opposite. There are a bunch of places I could get a facial that are located much closer to where I live… But I would rather travel out to Gateway, just to give Deb my business.

update to my update. Wow! C.A.M called me and not only offered to get me in asap they also offered to comp my treatment! If you read my first review, it’s clear that taking care of my skin is an essential part of my health routine. Glad to see they really do care about their non-​medical clients!

I am so happy I found this place! I had an absolutely terrible hair removal experience elsewhere, so I was a little gun shy going in to meet Deb this afternoon, but it was totally worth it! I am a loyal client of hers after just one visit. The office is professional (as it’s affiliated with a reputable medical group), comfortable, and hygienic. And Deb is very warm and welcoming, but also serious about what she does. Everything about my visit today was perfect and I would recommend her to anyone!
Just a note, if you drive to the office and park in their lot, make sure to take the parking ticket into the office to get validated so you can leave. They don’t charge for parking, but use the tickets to be sure that MAX riders don’t park in their lot.
