Horrible, unreliable, and unprofessional company. We unfortunately had to go with them through our home insurance, American Home Shield. They said they would be out within 24 hours for a broken furnace during the winter, and now they’re supposedly coming tomorrow (a week later). This is considered their expedited, emergency service. They failed to mention they don’t do nights or weekends. Awful experience overall; I would not recommend them to anyone and will be following up with the Better Business Bureau.

We had a new furnace installed from them in our home when we bought it 3 years ago. They were recommended by our realtor so we went with them. Total installation cost for parts and labor were $ 7,000. Being first time home owners we never thought about having annual maintenance service on the furnace until a contractor friend came over for some work and noticed our very dirty vents. He checked the furnace and informed us that it had no filters at all and that the condensation pump was on its last leg. Tge condensation pump is an external pump that is supposed to last 4 to 5 years. 3 years had passed so I wasn’t expecting much but decided to call them anyway. I asked them why no filters were ever installed in the furnace. Their response was «the manufacturers decided to save money and not include filters anymore, so it’s the homeowner’s responsibility to install them, we only stall the furnace». The person I spoke with is named Allen, and was also the installer. I have spoken with several other local hvac companies and all of them provide at least some sort of filter, especially for a $ 7,000 price tag. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I do admit it is my fault for not having regular maintenance done on the furnace, otherwise we would have caught this sooner. But their attitude of brushing it off is unacceptable business practice. I gave them 2 stars for at least doing a proper installation of the furnace.

DO NOT USE this company! I was forced to use them due to my American Home Shield warranty. I requested service on the AC unit in my rental property in July… to date it is still not completed. I have filed complaints with American Home Shield & have contacted my attorney. They told one lie after another. They did not communicate with myself or the tenant and they failed to complete the job. As of this morning, they are now hanging up on me when I call… the next step after the attorney will be the BBB. Again, DO NOT use this company! They are horrible! Amber Marchese

Terrible! So unprofessional! Don’t waste your time with them! Took three months to get an air conditioner installed. Didn’t finish install with them, they were too terrible! They cancelled three times and added fees in last the moment with out warning! They need to be shut down!!!
