Oh, dear, what was I thinking? This cart is never busy and you can’t really see into it, but I tried it anyway. It’s right on the corner and I believe it’s been there longer than any of the other carts, so it should be solid, right? But how do they stay open when I never see anybody order from them?
I got the basic carnitas burrito for lunch ($ 4.50). They have tons and tons of other options, including $ 2 cheeseburgers and breakfast foods. It was a monster burrito, but all afternoon I’ve been suspicious of what effect it’ll have on me later. (God, please don’t ruin my trip to the coast this weekend!)
Oh, god, why does it have a chalky aftertaste? Where did these refried beans come from? Who am I?
