There was a black hair in my chips. The wall plugs do not have any power. I paid for food to charge my phone. Portland Oregon sucks

Normally, I wouldn’t write a review for a fast food restaurant but I felt I should. I don’t know how this Taco Bell typically is considering the reviews, but I went through the drive through at about 10 p.m. with my boyfriend and a girl named Elizabeth helped us. She was just awesome, she joked with us through the intercom, had our food ready before we got to the window and smiled the whole time. She was the type of nice that made me leave happy. Even working at Taco Bell, she had the attitude that she was happy to be there and happy to be helping. We left laughing and three days later I decided it was worth writing a review. Not to mention, the food was great… we got nachos and didn’t have to eat a single dry chip, plenty of toppings… yay!!!

Worst Taco bell ever!
About 20 minutes, from start to finish, only 6 cars ahead me.
I ordered a 3 taco meal with a baja blast. But when I finally got the window, the woman gave me a bag. I asked if I got a drink and she said «no. You ordered 2 cheese tacos.» Really lady?!? I think I remember what I ordered. Plus I go to taco bell for the baja blast and not the tacos… well this time I guess I did. But two cheese tacos?!? REALLY?
Worst experience. Go to KFC or McDonalds. They’ll get your order right.

Staff isn’t the friendliest and service is slow (although it has gotten better over the past few months), but my orders are always correct. The dining room is relatively clean, but I usually go through the drive thru because it seems to not take as long. Not the best Taco Bell, but it satisfies my frequent burrito cravings.

I never thought I would be writing a review on a Taco Bell.
When I do decide to eat fast food, (which is rare) I eat here because surprisingly, they have vegan options. My issue with this taco Bell is that they ALWAYS forget things. Almost every time we have ordered from here, they have forgotten something. Not only that, but we always have to ask for more sauce, even after we have already asked for extra sauce. Ugh, get it together guys.

i was refused service hers yesterday because i was on a bike. i was told i would have to come inside. this meant that i had to continue thru the drive thru (doing so i would like to note that i did not die or become injured in any way) to get back to the front doors at which time i found no bike racks. this meant that i then had to haul my bike and all my shopping into the restaurant as i was not gonna leave it all sitting outside not locked to anything. At this time of environmental awareness and in this city how can a business treat 10% of the population this way? i wrote to the corporate office and hope that something changes but i ain’t holding my breath.
oh… btw… the food was pretty good :-)
