Last year, T Mix came out to replace one side of my roof after a rodent made a big hole. They were friendly and did the job with efficiently and cleaned up well.
When I had spotted cracks in my ceiling recently and asked if it was something they can fix. The owner came out and told me it seems to be settlement issue rather than water damage, but he went up to the roof to check and found a loose nail (on the side they didn’t replace) that may be inviting water. He fixed it for free.

T-​Mix came recommended to me by my a friend who is a realtor. He had done business a number of times with T-​Mix and said he had never had a call back and the prices were very reasonable.
T-​Mix prices were very competitive, to a point where I questioned whether the quality would be sacrificed but my friend assured me that he never had a problem with their work.
We went with Todd and his crew and could not have been happier. They scheduled a date that worked with us and his crew arrived at 8am on time that morning. By 8:30 they had stripped a large portion of the roof off and started laying shingles while the rest was being torn off. Todd’s crew took great care to make sure my plants, deck and grass were covered and protected. They cleaned the area better than it was when they started and even cleaned my gutters.
I want to point out that we have a small vegetable garden off the front of our house. We were concerned there might be some debris or damage from the old shingles. The crew said they would take care of it and build a scaffold for the shingles to slid down missing the garden completely.
Todd’s crew was very nice, professional and to say they were fast is an understatement. The whole house and garage were finished in a little more than 1.5 days.
I went with a 45 year shingle and if I own the house in 45 years I’d go with them again.

T Mix and his crew are fantastic. I could explain the entire long story as to how my roof began to leak, but that is immaterial at this point (and it’s not that exciting either). I called Todd, left him a message, and he returned my call a few hours later. We discussed my issue in detail (it was around 5:30pm on Thursday). I explained that it wasn’t a terrible, flooding issue, just a few drops — and that I determined through some deductive reasoning — originated from a skylight. Todd listened to my story and said he would send someone to investigate the situation the next day.
On Friday, we talked and he told me that someone was on his way to take a look at my roof. We had a bit of miscommunication as to the exact time, but I drove up to my house and the men were already working. They explained to me the issue and told me they could repair it on the spot. Mind you, it was raining steadily, but faze them it did not. In less than an hour and a half they dismantled the skylight, removed shingles, installed new flashing, and replaced the shingles. The leak was repaired and the roof was better than when they arrived.

I should add that they are extremely reasonable in cost. To make the repairs they did would have cost me double the money, and probably an additional day or two.
