My 12 year old Daughter could have died because of Casey Eye! ⁸⁄₂₄ her eye Dr found a issue & wanted it checked out in a day or two. Dr sent them a referral they never called. ⁸⁄₂₈ Dr sent 2^nd referral they never called. ⁹⁄₂ Dr referred us to a different clinic. ⁹⁄₄ she was seen & sent to ER for MRI & spinal tap. She had emergency brain surgery the next morning. I called Jennifer N the office manager to find out why we weren’t called. She told me I should worry about kid’s health not who dropped the ball. That is the most disrespectful thing you could say to a Mom in this situation. I asked her to have her boss Diane call me she didn’t. A few days later I called & left message for Diane to call me she still hasn’t. Kelly a patient advocate contacted me. She didn’t have facts right, said new patient appointments take weeks which is unacceptable & when I said something about going up there told me I have no business there. I asked her to have her boss call me she hasn’t. I called & left a message for boss to call me still no call. I tried to reach them through Facebook my post & comments were deleted & I’m blocked from posting anything. I will never use any OHSU facility. I want to make sure they don’t do this to anyone else.
