Multiple times have I had shitty service here. I understand it’s the end of your day lady but no need to be rude and aggressive about it. Every other subway I’ve been to as well as when I worked at one, was it okay to get a 3inch sandwich that wasn’t in the kids meal. The lady working was very short with me and said«no, only a 6in and ft long are available here» with complete attitude. I decided to not give this location my business once again. This is not the first time I’ve walked away from this subway. To the lady working 2÷16÷16 at 8pm, why don’t you try to be a little more apologetic about that or just let it slide and get me my damn food without attitude, you’re gonna toss the bread and shit anyways. I’m so irritated with this location I honestly hope it gets shut down. NEVERAGAINWILL I RETURNTOTHISLOCATION. DONOTTAKEYOURBUSINESSHEREYOU’LLBEBETTEROFF!

Terrible service every time I go. The last two times I have been there the employees have been talking about people who are walking by one day it was hey look at that guys mullet literally as I am looking at them mess up my sandwich. Wow. The next time almost the same. Not only do they almost always mess up an order but extremely unprofessional on cell phones texting. Again wow. Only upside is it is the healthiest thing in the food court.

Either I got lucky or they’ve taken complaints to heart because the gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable about a sandwich they would soon be serving(saw it on TV but it wasn’t being released until a certain day), friendly and quick. No complaints based on my first visit here; I’m sure I’ll be back if I’m here and have a craving for a sub.

She made my sandwich and then made me wait several minutes to pay for it while she helped the two people behind me(the only two behind me). I finally gave up and just walked off. I totally get doing that when there are more people behind the counter, but is frustrating when there is just one. I called to complain, but I think the woman who answered the phone sounded like the one who served me and when I asked for the manager, she said she was the shift manager… It is the closest subway to work, but I hadn’t been there in over 6 months. The last time I was there, I asked for light mayo, and they put a ton of it. The guy said, «oh, is that too much»? I said yes, and he gets this really dirty knife and tries to scrape it off. It was dripping with the dirty water and other«stuff» from the sink, when he started to work on it. and it is really hard to scrape off mayo when it goes on after the vegies… These people just don’t seem to care at all about who they are serving. I remember some decent folks there in years past, but that time is gone. I wish someone from the health department would eat there once. I think I can answer Geri P’s question regarding Subway being responsible for the«cold, harsh and uninviting» atmosphere at the food court. I get that feeling just standing there at the counter trying to get them to make a sandwich. Would guess it had nothing to do with the food court. I am done with them!

As a requirement for service, you must first turn your cell phone off.(And, yes that includes placing orders for disabled Veteran family members!) The staff are poorly trained! Which means you’re most likely subject to extra protein in your sandwich. So, why not do yourself a favor, and save yourself the frustration… Take your $$$$ elsewhere… It’s that simple!

Not happy. They first off all can’t make a sandwich are as slow as can be and the owner well she is just awful, does not even try, damn if I worked there I would probably do a half ass job also, no one should have a boss like that one. Food is made crappy there and the atmosphere is so cold, harsh, and VERY un-inviting.

Do you want to know how to mess up a basic meatball sub? Come to Subway inside Lloyd Center. The sandwich artist guy acted like an army officer. He’s worse than my old lunch lady in high school. No smile, no friendly tone. Just do what he supposed to do, making subs, but it’s not a god subs unfortunately. My subs was soggy and the bread was stale. I was only able to eat the meatballs and the veggies. I went home hungry :(. Thank God I still have the Lay’s chips that came with the«meal». Also at this Subway, they don’t accept Subway rewards card even though this place name is Subway.
