This Starbucks falls short of all others. They are forever training people here. Long lines, wrong orders and more than one rude barista. Which is why only 1 star. There are also pleasant efficient baristas here but far too many unpleasant ones. Particularly when you tell them they made a mistake.

Very nice and friendly service. As we stopped by to get ourselves caffein for the long drive home, we ordered and got two «on the house» drinks: a venti soy green tea frap and a venti double shot tiramisu frap because he said their scanner was broken. We offered to pay by cash but he keep saying «its ok, I already did it». Such a nice guy though. Not sure why they didn’t get all 5 stars. Anyway, last stop be4 heading home.

I went through the drive-​through and I told them I wanted an iced caramel frappuccino the lady heard me say ICED caramel frappuccino and instead of telling me then that Frapuccino’s were only blended she waited until I got to the drive through window and gave me a blended drink when I questioned her about it she said frappuccino only come blended so I want to know why she couldn’t have said that back when I was ordering it at the drive-​through box because maybe I could have changed my order then instead of waiting until I got to the window to tell me that it was only a blended drink… so I took the blended drink instead of ordering another drink anyways. I didn’t want to put them through the trouble of making another drink because I don’t like to waste things but I just thought that her attitude towards me was very rude.

An aesthetically pleasing modern location that’s conveniently on Division when heading West, great drive thru.
Ordering:
Me: «a short, low-​fat Latte please.»
Speaker; «that’s a short, non-​fat Latte.»
Me: «no, a short low-​fat Latte.»
Speaker: «anything to eat… so that’s a short non-​fat Latte.»
Me: «Again, a low-​fat Latte.»
Speaker: «Sir, we don’t have low fat.»
Me: «you can’t just tell me that in the beginning?»

Great service and friendly staff. Might want to pay a little better attention of who orders food and who doesnt. Someone jacked 2 breakfast sandwiches right out from under our noses. Not your fault exactly, just pathetic that someone would do that.

This is one busy Starbucks especially since the walk in store down the street closed a few months back. The staff is very friendly and know our drinks as we arrive. The long drive though line is often out to the street, about ten or more cars deep. When it’s that busy I just go to the walk up window, no big deal. Drinks are good, service is good.

Very friendly staff. Although you’re fighting service with cars (this is a drive-​thru) with a walk up window, I didn’t have to wait for me drink as long as I thought. Speaking of walk up windows, this a great concept for places like Texas or Arizona, but not for rainy, windy, city like Oregon. Wind chill!

I have been going to coffee shops for a while now and can’t believe I have never tried an iced mocha. Oh wow it’s just the right combination of bitter and sweet. This is gonna be my new go to at Starbucks. I just wish they made a bigger size so I can ingest more of the tasty goodness.

I received an ice tea today that had so much sugar in it I had to dump it. Why do they dump sweetener in everything? I didn’t ask for it and the menu doesn’t say ‘sweet tea’.

Nice little star bucks, most of the staff knows what they are doing. But every now and then I get a coffee with burnt milk. Makes me a sad panda.
