Nice place for faster service, the next door Starbucks will sometimes have a line As everyone forgets about this kiosk. The guy that works there is very friendly, and the manager Monique always remembers my drink.

–1 star for small selection of pastries
–1 star for apathy of baristas towards customers
–1 for one or two of the baristas moodiness that they bring to work.
Most of the baristas are nice. The manager, Monique is always pleasant. Denise, the assistant manager, not always. She has her days, like we all do. Problem is, as a customer, I shouldn’t be able to tell. There’s a barista here who is pouty, and another who could not care less how they appear to customers.
If I’m in a hurry, I definitely would choose to go here. But if I have an extra 5 minutes or so, I’d rather go next door to the Starbucks outside, and be greeted warmly and feel appreciated as a paying patron.
