Celso is a wonderful hair artiste! I highly recommend working with him. He is very talented, creative, and fun to be around. He even treated me to caramel apples while I got my hair done — talk about being pampered!

I have been having Stacey cut and color my hair for 15+ years. I love her and the salon. Great location and atmosphere. I am often asked«who does your hair?»

Worst hair place I have ever been! Worst Hair Dresser«Celso Giles“ruined my hair completely ! Some people don’t know what the«hell» they are doing! Get some professional training ! Lucky I’m not bold! People… Make your research before you choose to do your hair. It’s costing me a lot of money to fix it!

I’ve been going to Stacey’s salon for over 13 years, and it would be tough to convince me to go anywhere else even though I battle all the traffic of outer suburbia to get to her NW location! A little bit about me and why I choose to go there even though I pass many, many salons on my way to her shop: I am a prematurely-graying, painfully shy, easily prone to «frumpy» woman. From my first visit, pre-marriage, pre-kids through to now, I have *always* been made to feel welcome and appreciated in her business. My consultations with the staff(I’ve seen Stacey and Amber Adams regularly through the years) are very helpful– they keep my look current and beautiful, and I’ve never had to go back for any sort of color correction, ever! They’ve taken the time to really know me, and always give me a style that’s easy to maintain, given my general lack of time to fuss(but they do beautiful up-dos, too!). But don’t mistake easy maintenance for anything less than glorious! The last time I left the shop, I had a young man comment, «Coolest hair… EVER!» as he approached. What a great comment for this 40-something to hear! It kind of made my day! Stacey’s shop is not priced as a chain salon’s services would be, but you get the assurance of continuity in personnel, and in my case, some truly amazing hair! Bonus: My esthetician, Jamie Bauman, has set up her business in Stacey’s salon– I can go from chair to table without trying to find another parking space in busy NW! Love it, love it…

Rachel is awesome! She is super sweet and does exactly what you want. She is great at suggesting and forming a look when you’re unsure of what you want. Don’t hesitate just go!

I started going here for hair extensions over 2 years ago after I had a major surgery and lost a good deal of my hair. I was ecstatic when I first met Alyssa and she told me all about Great Lengths. I had her put them in right away and I was hooked. She initially did a wonderful job. No complaints what so ever. I temporarily moved away and while I was gone realized I was paying more than twice what I should have been!!! While in Oregon I was paying $ 1,200-$ 1,800 for«length and fullness» as she calls it. Basically it’s 4 bundles of hair. While I was in Arizona I was going down to Scottsdale and paying $ 900 after tip for the same thing!!! Seriously, what a rip off!!! I’m literally paying her hundreds of extra dollars just because it’s her. So putting that aside after I moved back up to Oregon I needed new ones in. I can’t fly down to Arizona just to get them so I decided to see Alyssa again. I did tell her how much I was paying in Arizona for the same thing, so she came down. For 4 bundles of 20″ she would probably charge $ 1,800 if not more. She agreed to come down to $ 1,150 and I wasn’t getting color(which was included in Arizona for the $ 900, so I wasn’t getting a good deal). I was desperate so I said ok. It took a month for the extensions to come into the salon! Apparently this wasn’t her fault. What was her fault is at the very end of the session she decided to charge me an extra $ 120!!! She said this was because taking them out took longer than normal. Well when I had them ordered she took a look at my hair, so this was no excuse(and you pay half when she orders, half when the session is over so she should have said something then). Not only was my husband not happy with this extra«just because» expense but within a few days my extensions started shedding horribly! I have NEVER had them shed this bad. I can’t run my fingers through my hair without a good amount coming out. I’ve even had a few bonds pull out already. When I told her about this and how I wasn’t happy she had the audacity to say maybe it was my own hair. Hello… you do NOT say to someone who lost hair due to cancer surgery that she is probably losing her hair again!!! SOOOOO insensitive! I received NO apology from her or any attempt at making things right. I am seriously hurt by her unprofessional comment and obvious carelessness for her clients. Especially since I was going to her for a few years! If you bring this review up to them don’t let her fool you, I WAS getting Great Lengths in Arizona, I DO take care of them(for how much they cost it would be a shame not to) and I loved the job that the last lady did!

My wife and I both go to Rachel. I get a typical men’s haircut, which, for some reason, is pretty easy to mess up. Rachel does a perfect cut every time. My wife gets different haircuts and color and looks absolutely beautiful every time. She is ecstatic after every haircut. The setting and location couldn’t be better. They’ve also done some recent remodeling so the interior is very nice.

Stacey is a pro. She knows color and will make your hair look and feel fabulous. Her salon is beautiful. She gives fantastic cuts too. I trust her entirely.
