Brooke is an incredible massage therapist! I tried out several (10+) massage therapists in the Portland area before meeting her and have no need to look further.
I do a great deal of hiking and alpine climbing and greatly appreciate deep tissue with extreme pressure. Most of the massage therapists I previously went to weren’t able (or willing) to accommodate the amount of physical pressure I wanted (even after repeat visits). Brooke was willing and very able and I’m certain she is capable of providing even more pressure if I were to ask her for it. For those that need a more gentle touch, rest assured! On the days when I was too sore for deep tissue massage, Brooke was able to lighten her touch while checking in periodically to make sure everything was AOK.
Besides being physically strong, Brooke is very adept at listening to her client’s needs and is very personable. Based on her ability and skill, I have maintained a monthly appointment with Brooke for well over a year now with no end in sight.

Brooke is as good as it gets. Me and my husband have both been seeing her once a month, since we moved here 1 year ago. I was worried about replacing my massage therapist after 6 years of seeing her once a month (it is a big deal to myself-​back and neck problems, and my husband-​a runner who runs at least one marathon per year) to find someone good. Last month she helped me work out a pinch in my neck! The kind you get when you can’t turn your head at all! I was able to turn my head after my massage! And today she helped with more neck and back pain. She is a life saver. Woohoo! I highly recommend her. She is great for sports massages too (my husband gets these). I had no problems scheduling and she is super nice. Street parking was easy. And she is very reasonably priced.

Brooke is as good as it gets! In Portland, where you can’t walk a block without passing by a massage office, it’s surprisingly difficult to find a therapist who does excellent deep tissue work and who knows how to move the body and ease areas of pain and tension. Brooke does all of those things and more. She listens to my needs and does her best to work out my body’s painful areas. I don’t know what those other people are complaining about but it’s not the bodywork, it looks like a bunch of whiny people who are just trying to get a good deal, and don’t care about the person’s business or their work. She’s awesome and a must experience. Try her and you’ll see what I mean. She’s also very warm and personal. Enjoy!

Brooke is a terrific masseuse. I have gotten many massages over the years at other places, but Brooke is the best. She’s very attentive, and is very good at finding tension areas, and working out the stress. I’ve talked with some her other customers, and they all said glowing things about their experiences too. I should also note that Brooke is very honest, and runs a great business. Don’t let the complainers deter you, it sounds like their problem has more to do with Living Social than the quality of Serenity’s services.

I have been going to Brook for massage for a few years and she is wonderful. I see her for stress, for assorted aches and pains and help with the occasional injury and I always come away feeling better and relaxed. Her office is professional and her massage room is comfortable and inviting. I have given gift certificates to friends for gifts and recommend her highly.

I also purchase the LS deal for my wife, and scheduling is night mirror. There is two booking system and none available in 3 months if you have LS. Its a trick to get you buying it and hope no one will redeem it or have problem using it. Its shameful practice but she does.

They do not honor their deals. If you have to rely on shady business practices to stay in business then you do not deserve to be in business.

I am a former college soccer player and outdoor enthusiast so I require a lot from my body. I had a full body massage at Serenity and was never the same! She works the muscles deep and gets out the tough knots. I am currently fighting a near-​torn quad muscle. Brooke has been working it out daily for three days and she is smoothing out the damaged muscle tissue back to where it should be. The thing I love about Brooke is that she is very knowledgeable about the human anatomy and muscles, giving the perfect deep tissue treatment. I couldn’t recommend someone more than this lady. She knows what’s up! You will feel amazing after one of her massages.
