San Da Roda

My studio apartment at the San Da Roda suits me to a T. There’s plenty of space and loads of great windows. I like the uniqueness of the floor plan which means, if it’s raining too much to take a walk, I can walk around in my apartment, from room to room without stopping. And I am very happy to be so near the bus stop where I can catch the 12 or the 19, going east or west, which means that I can make transfers easily. Finally, I am also near several Zipcars which I use now and then. Since I moved here in January, 2011, I’ve enjoyed a good relationship with Bristol Equities management company. In fact, when I first moved to Portland in 2006, BE was my management company. Soon after, the owner of that building sold it for condos and I couldn’t find another apartment with BE, so I had to go with another management company. The minute I realized I would move out of that apartment after the death of my mother, I immediately looked online to see what BE had available and found my current apartment.

I love San Da Roda and Bristol Equities. By far, they are the best property managers I’ve rented from. The rates are reasonable, the property has a great location and tons of charm, maintenance is super quick and thorough, and the staff and managers are so friendly. I would recommend Bristol Equities, as well as the San Da Roda building, to anyone I know (and already do!).
