Very small park suitable for kids aged 0 – 9 (and their hapless guardians) and reasonably well-​heeled off leash dogs (and their hapless guardians).
Bonus: the support struts on the water tower make a great, twangy noise when you bang on them with a rock. Not only is the noise mildly unsettling, but it carries a good 2 blocks. This will keep your toddler occupied for 20 minutes, even if it leaves you a bit twitchy. I speak from experience.
