Its typical movie theater with over priced concessions just like all other theaters nothing stands out about the place but the facts it has the movies i wanted to see when i wanted to see it

I love this theatre! Very comfortable seating. I never have a problem with parking. Great movies!

This is a pretty big theater with several rooms showing different movies. The place is generally clean and the workers friendly. I love being able to buy tickets straight from Fandango and not having to wait in line.
The ticket price is comparable to other theaters in the area. The concession pricing is expensive, but what theater isn’t? We come here all the time.

The screening room was filthy with mess and the service of the ticket cashier was horrible. There was a massive line and they only had one person on the door. Finally got in after the movie started.

Closest theater to my house and a little bit cheaper than theaters closer in Portland. Standard theater with all the treat options in concessions and as clean as you could expect a theater to be.

I hate going to this location. Management is horrible and the staff are always harassing kids. I get it that a few unruly kids put you on edge but that does not mean you go out of your way to harass ALL kids. I watched staff sell tickets to 17yr olds who had a parent buy them the tickets then tried to kick them out of the theatre 5 minutes later. Also racist because they single out teens of color. They are staying to turn into Lloyd center regal. I’m surprised they haven’t put up big boards laying the rules to be followed before entering.

Good theatre with semi comfortable seats. Every time we go here we never have a problem parking or with crowds. Maybe people dont really want to go there or they just dont know about it.

If I could have gone to a different theater, I would have. But my friend and I really wanted to see Paranormal Activity 4 (I know, I know…), and this was the only Regal with a showtime late enough for us to make it. Sigh.
I live near Beaverton, so I wasn’t really too ecstatic about making the trek all the way over to East Bumblef… ck. Gas ain’t cheap, and this ain’t exactly the best part of town. The service was fine, as was the viewing and sound quality of the movie. I did experience a couple little annoyances though. First of all, the guy who took our tickets checked my friend’s bag before we were allowed to enter the main part of the lobby. We’re still doing that these days? Oh. To be quite honest though, I didn’t know if he was looking for weapons or snacks. Yikes! Either way, that didn’t make me feel like everything was copacetic. I’m not paying $ 6 for a small soda, and the only violence I will tolerate at the cinema is on the screen. Secondly, none of the seats reclined. Yes, this is a shameful first world problem, but I like to chillax at the movies. Just saying…
As I said in the beginning, I’ll avoid it if I can. But I’ll also come here if I have to. I guess I would suggest you do the same.

Meh. Typical Regal theater. $ 10 a person during primtime and $ 7 for a popcorn or drink!

They have taken it upon themselves to now do bag checks at this location. The Batman shooting in Colorado was a great way for this company to have an excuse to look through your bags AFTER you purchase your tickets and walk through the door. The d-​bag manager who took my tickets asked to see inside my bag. I told him that wasn’t going to happen. He told me I could leave it in my car and I told him the last time I left my valuables in my car at one of Regals locations it was broken into.
I personally think this is just a ploy to see if you brought personal snacks into the building. I went immediately back to the ticket window and got my money back.
I will NEVER EVER EVER go see another movie at a regal cinemas location again.
I went straight over to Century Theatres (you know the theatre company whose location in colorado actually had the shooting) and was met with smiles and no bag checks.
You know its funny that they are checking bags at the door. The shooter in Colorado came in through an emergency exit door. So wouldn’t a proper response be to also have guards posted at all emergency exits? No they are too stupid to get that which is why I believe its a ploy to be able to check bags.
ONE FINAL NOTE: To the many women who came in behind me with handbags that could house three small cats… why weren’t your bags checked? Discrimination? Yes I believe that is what that is.

We have a whole slew of theaters we use. I am not loyal to any of them, but do have my favorites. I like the Regal chain, maybe because of the really cool little regal card they give you. I have earned a lot of free stuff on my Regal card. Division can get way too crowded, so we come early. This is the only location I’ve ever had to stand in line to get tickets. We see a lot of movies out, and I still prefer Sandy Cinemas because the seats recline in the most comfortable of ways. Yet not so comfortable that your movie buddy is poking you awake at the end.

Very clean and modern environment, and minimal crowds makes this the where my family and I go to see movies. Great sound and they support 3D.

I’d say that the Division St Theater is meh when it comes to the actual theaters but a-​okay when it comes to snacks and service. The establishment is clean, the employees are nice and Regal has a good rewards program. One thing I do like about the theater is their popcorn. I like the fake better than the real! It probably isn’t good for my health, but when I go to a movie I want good popcorn. For movie watching though, there are better theaters to go to. I prefer going to Cinemark, but don’t mind making the visit here every once in a while.
