Let me in on a little secret. .. I hardly dry clean anything. I consider myself some sort of laundry expert and if a tag reads Dry Clean Only, I immediately think of ways that I can launder that myself. That said, even I realize that there are few exceptions. They only come along once every few years, but they do come along. Our current exception is one of my daughter’s jacket. It is red, white, black, and has silver glitter lettering. Believe me, this isn’t something that i would’ve chosen myself, but it’s a group uniform thing. The white gets dirty enough from almost daily use but because of the glitter, I’d have to do a delicate cycle wash. Anyway, that was a hugely long set-up just to say that we dry clean that item. The only place we’ve taken it to Red Door cleaners and each time it has been returned in pristine condition. The white is bright, the rest of the jacket is clean and intact. Each time we’ve gone, they’ve been nice enough and the puppy has displayed perfect manners. No complaints. I’ll continue to bring items here and might even consider adding a few more.

I have had clothes dry-cleaned for YEARS! I thought having things dry-cleaned ensured items would not be shrunk. Well, there goes 20 years of thinking! I took two cotton blouses in to be done. Now, I have to loose 20 pounds and 3 inches in height(from my torso) if I want to wear these! I am soo mad! I can’t have them ‘un-shrunk’ and I know they won’t pay the price to have them replaced. What are my other options but to share my experience and hopefully give people a heads up.

Not sure what the problem was with the person above, but been going there consistently for over 5 years. Always greeted with friendly smiles, they make sure to go above and beyond just cleaning shirts. Too many times have they sewn on missing buttons on my shirts and re-hem pants after noticing a stich has come undone all free of charge. Atrocious would be the last word I would use to describe this place. And to be completely honest, it bothers me that because they’re asians, they’re apparently chinese. Let’s all be educated and ASK them, they’re korean. Back to my review Red Door will not disappoint. Friendly and helpful.

Great cleaners. They have done all of my cleaning for over ten years now. I take cleaning there weekly and it is always done on time. They will also do alterations for you. Make sure you say Hi to «Leo» the resident Watch Dog.

I forget how atrocious this place is every so often and repeat the mistake of using their services, only to have them immediately remind me why I usually don’t think of patronizing them. In this last go ’round, they didn’t have my items ready though it was two days after they said they’d be ready and didn’t follow any of my instructions. However, they were kind enough to collect my money up front before informing me of the situation. In the past, they’ve reminded me why I don’t use their services by ignoring me while they chatted in Korean and took care of a Korean speaking customer the second he walked the door, left burn marks on my pants, left my shirts so stiff I had to wash the starch out to make them wearable, charged me 3x more for an identical item because it was ‘a women’s article of clothing’, and returned items sent in for dry cleaning without having performed any such services. +1 star for having an elderly, friendly, Maltese to pet while you wait and wait and wait and wait for your items.
