I took in an old (by Ipod standards) Nano in for repairs and, while it took months to locate the right part, the store always checked in to let me know they were still looking, and were confident the part would eventually turn up. It did, and they gave a deep discount on the repair due to the length of time it took. Bonus, all my downloads were still intact!
All around good honest customer service and excellent repair job.

Rapid Repair has performed two separate repairs on my IPad, and both turned out well. They do good work for a reasonable price.

The Friday before we’re supposed to leave on a trip, my iPad falls from the docking station and the glass is cracked. Did I mention also that it’s December 22nd? After bad experiences with several places I called or visited, I resigned myself to travel without my iPad, and started looking up how to repair it myself or use a mail order service. Then I see an online ad for a Portland area company, Rapid Repair, and I decide I’ll shoot them an email, though by this point, I don’t have much hope.
Imagine my surprise when I get an email response from them on Saturday (they aren’t even open on weekends) with an incredibly reasonable estimate and a note that they are open the day of Christmas Eve and can usually repair my type of iPad screen in a few hours. Whoa!
My hubby dropped it off Monday morning, and sure enough, we had the iPad back in time to reload it and head out for our holiday travels that afternoon. It works great, looks great, and I feel great for having found a place that values customer service. Honest, reliable and fast service! What more can you ask for?
