Quick For Less is adjacent to PCC Cascade. During finals week at PCC, I just wanted something quick to eat at the relaxed environment of the PCC Cascade Campus. Excepting just another 7-Elevent clone, I just walked into Quick for Less. It seemed to be a family-owned store. The place has whole refrigerators of all the conceivable beverages in the world on each side. They have lots of the typical chips, pretzels and candy. Also, they have some sandwhiches. They have the Kraft stuff and the cans. Low and behold at the register, I asked about what things they displayed among something that looked like a hot pocket. It turned out that it was a BBQ burrito and they were about $ 1 each. Now you know the deal with convenience stores. Dollar foods are that cheap because they are mass produced garbage. I had two of the BBQ burritos and they were very portable. They also tasted like the family had made them. I could taste the barbeque flavor and I could barely leave a little bit to take a picture fir you. The meat and the bread fit well. The Sprite was $ 1.19 for 16 oz. This place was my surprise of the century. I am a gourmet and I almost certainly thought the place would be lowbrow and bad. But it had a good taste for $ 3.69 for the Sprite and two small barbeque burritos. We have a blessing here. I shouldn’t have even let the secret out, but I’m probably not studying at this particular campus much longer. Quick for Less is a helpful store.
