Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced storage units that are accessible and off the beaten path. Only draw back is that no tractor access.

I originally gave Victoria five stars on Google Maps, I loved it and she was very helpful, until Patricia came along. Patricia wanted Victoria’s job and was trying to find as much as possible to take over Victoria’s job. In the timeframe that she had become a manager and working there she left me with a false information which charged my account and had me overdrawn. Telling me that I should move out by this date and everything would be okay, when I checked with the original manager, Victoria, she said she had no idea of my moveout date and that I was going to get charge for not moving out by such a date… Then when I transferred to California and I and the manager from this Public storage called Victoria and was going to get it reversed the charges for I think it was $ 15, she said she was going to get it reversed Re-​credited to my card… Well that charge never got recredit did to my account or to me!!! That’s why you’re getting two stars… because somebody down there needs to know WTH is going on before you get out false information. False information that leads to $ 15 of me paying that I shouldn’t have had to for somebody else’s mistake…
