This incompetent company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. EVERY time I have called with any issues, I’ve gotten the run around. Do NOT use this company as your security provider. There is no protection, trust, or helpfulness with this company. EXTREMELY, and I can’t express the extremely part more, poor customer service! For over 2 years now, we have tried to get them to update our account with the CORRECT phone numbers & contact info and they say they are updating our information EVERY TIME only to find out the we have false alarms go off & the old phone numbers were tried and essentially no one was alerted. So, if we really did have a break in, none of us would ever know!!! Therefore we’re left with a false alarm charge from the city & we were never alerted there was even an alarm! I just got off the phone with them now and THEY STILL have the old WRONG phone numbers! AFTER OVER 2 YEARS WITH THESE FOOLS! FRUSTRATING SERVICE at best. The only thing they are constant about is taking your monthly payment from your bank account. They get 5 stars there. They’ve never forgotten 1 payment!
