If you are going to do a groupon, you need to plan ahead. you wanted customers James?, there you go, be careful what you wish for…

Totally unprofessional business. «james» the apparent owner who also seems to be the only employee of Pro Detail, obviously took on more than he could handle with running a groupon special. If he were a smart businessman and a professional, he would have done his homework before running a Groupon. He should have had a team of people hired to handle the onslaught of business with his groupon before he ran the special. Instead he just told me (and others) that it would be 2 months before I could have an appointment, Who wants to wait 2 months for something they purchase? No one and any professional would know that. So, not only did I try and wait the two months to get my appointment, but when the day came around, I waited from 9−10am for him to show up and he never showed up or called. Needless to say I was furious. He should be paying me for the time I spent phoning him to try and get an earlier appointment, cleaning out my car to ready it for detailing AND waiting and hour for him. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. I am a small business owner myself and I treat my clients like they are gold. I also have referral after referral from my clients. This man will never get referrals. Pro Detail will be out of business in no time with his customer service, regardless of his skills.
